I've been in arbing/value betting business for 5 years now and I am glad I found this community of like-minded people. I come here to learn and to share.

Hi there,

I've seen your forum from time to time but never stopped to look carefully on its content. Now im concerned of the importance of all of this and want to contribute to the community.

As a user from Lebanon said, I am (lets say (not to enter on personal details)..) Jack Sparrow, 23, and i have been arbing welcome bonus for a living during last 4-5 years.

In my country (Spain), its not permitted to bet as a representative of someone, so you cant bet on other people's account on bookies. So i made contracts and a team which gets clients who, for an amount, want to do exactly what we tell them to do (obvious surebets/welcome bonus arbing).

This have been my main source of incomes until now, but now spanish regulation has come accross forbidding welcome bonus here.

So we are pushing surebets taking spanish bookmakers (soft bookies) + brokerage bookmakers (AC88, Black, Premium Tradings, not Sportsmarket because they dont let us as spanish to enter + exchanges from them) + international bookies which let spanish residents to use them.

As you understand, sustaining this structure of 6 people with just surebets is a bit difficult, but we are fighting to keep going.

Apart from my interest on giving you a personal experience "in this world", i would be please (really) to meet more people who are in my situation, or have this experience on arbing, etc. I feel like an "alone wolf" because i havent meet anybody ever who is dedicated to this world "at this level". I dont want to be pimpy but really need to share my thoughts with somebody on this ecosystem.

PD: This catastrophic situation created from 01/05 (welcome bonus forbidden) is set to get better and go to "normality" in next days/months with the return of welcome bonus but attending to today's regulations (to be elegible you have to be registered from 30d and verified).

We have scrutinised the Spanish market several times in the past, trying to start some projects that already work as block busters in other countries, but the tax system stopped us as we don't want to create any risks for any associate. It is a pity, because Spain has a huge potential.

Hi Vidalix, Could you mind to give me access to the law (Real Decreto, Ley, Ley Organica or Directiva) in which says you can not opperate with other clients account? Im really interesting because im based in Spain as well and would like to know complications if i trade others accounts.

I'm a software engineer so my goal is to build strategies myself without relying on third parties so much, I'm very glad I've stumbled upon this community, from a first look I can see a ton of valuable information and experienced people to learn from.

hello everyone, sorry for any mistake in writing english. im new here by profile but i have been reading this forume for many years and is really helpful. i have a group of 11 players or traiders, we mostly work in italian bookies, things getting harder every day but we try to keep going, we are doing good till now. hope everyone is doing good too

UK based. Long time lurker first time poster here on this forum.

I started out with matched betting but turned straight to pure arbing and then value betting. The game is getting harder all the time in the UK with the incessant hand holding and bureaucracy. I am seriously considering moving to Portugal. Also have family in Colombia although have yet to properly explore opportunities there.

Full-timer for nearly 5 years now and hoping to continue adapting and making a reasonable profit.

What arbitrage do you use? Live or pre-match?

For Betburger I use live. I am quite new to the service but found pre-match was killing accounts too quickly.
