To make some things clear, I believe we cant call a ''locust'' someone who is in control of 4 accounts from friends and family.
Actually, the term locust refers to people who control a massive number of accounts.

I don't control any account, each account have a real user behind and bookies like bet365 knows that very well by observing bet placing pattern.That's why not a single bet365 account ever restricted. By not knowing many details of your operations it is difficult to know what would be the "perfect site" for you. As neopas mentions, bet365 and other softs don't do crypto.
But there are some exceptions. I've been using 5dimes for several years and the crypto withdrawals from that site have worked smoothly every time. First withdrawal was a large one in January 2017 (I am still today imagining how nice it would have been if I had just kept those coins in the crypto wallet).
