Hello,
sorry for the newbie question.

I live in EU, have a Pinnacle account since a couple of years.
I'm using a VPN to access it because Pinnacle is restricted in the country.
Yesterday I decided to withdraw some funds to my Skrill account (last time I did that was a long time ago), and it was denied. Now they ask me ID & address verification.

I can still access my account, the funds are here but withdrawals are blocked.
My question is : if I upload the documents asked, will they allow the withdrawal (as it's obvious I'm not authorized to use Pinnacle) ? If not, what should I do ?

Just ask Pinnacle themselves - they will provide you with the correct course of action/process.

Update : everything is fine, I uploaded some documents to verify my profile (the address verification was more difficult as my bank statement was denied, don't know why), and I could withdraw without any problems or questions asked.
