Have you made a withdrawal recently and did they charge you 2% for it. They have "payment ratings" and mine is incorrect. The amount of commission I need to generate for a free withdrawal went up instead of down after I placed 1 bet! I made a complaint a week ago and still no reply. I don't think I will bother to use them again.

Hey..
my experience with matchbook from last days.
I deposited 15 000 € made few bets and i won there 75 000. from 15 k deposit.
First on the livechat they said  they wont charge me any additional fee for withdrawal  so i continue with betting.
than after  i had 75 k on my acc, suddenly they want to put 2 % fee on the whole ammount . LOL
so , i made bets
stake 30 000 - 1 % comm - 300€
now i have 75k, if i withdraw it with fee - 75 000 *2% - 1500€
I leave them 1800€ for 15 k deposit, that is a nice profit for them
or I can make new bets in stake of 110k .

is there withdrawal fee for neteller that matchbook has to pay?

They charge every method of withdrawal 2% now unless you have a "payment rating" over 1.1.

The problem is the payment rating they use does not add up correctly. They are making figures and charges up as they go along.

Yes mate, like I said they charge for all withdrawals unless you have a payment rating over 1.1.

This payment rating is complete rubbish and in my case they pluck figures out of the sky. Rancid company, haven't a clue what they are doing.

I've withdrawn my entire balance, 4 figures to my skrill account. It has been processed but they have stolen a 2% withdrawal fee out of it.

I'm just glad to finally get my money out, seems to me they are in financial trouble to be doing what they are doing.

I'd like to bet they go bust in the next few months.

I was figuratively speaking. Wait and see...

There will definitely be many complaints coming matchbook's way. Their odds and bots are weak and I hammered them and I'm sure a lot of other people did the same.

It is getting harder and harder on betting exchange field, hard to tell what is the best option now. Still Betfair probably.

It is true that Matchbook has rollover requirements (if you want free payouts). As probably everyone on this forum already know, it is very easy to rollover these requirements because Matchbook offers as low juice and many arbs compared to others. I also wanted to mention that a friend of mine recently made two 4 figure payouts by skrill and both of them free of charge. It took about 1-2 days. Not as fast as Pinnacle but very good! Regarding wagering requirements, so you can always ask their live chat.

People who would like to avoid these charges could use one of these 2 ways:
1. Use an gent. Red more here: http://arbusers.com/index.php/topic,2267.msg27824.html#msg27824
2. Deposit a small amount expecting a winning streak that will help you build your balance.

Arbusers, you need to stop promoting crooks unless you think it is acceptable to steal a 2% withdrawal fee with no warning and no notice given.

1. Use an gent. Red more here: http://arbusers.com/index.php/topic,2267.msg27824.html#msg27824

What's to stop them charging 2% or even 5% on agent accounts in future, with no notice.

The payment rating they use is incorrect. First they told me I had to generate £275 of commission for a free withdrawal. I made £11.40 and the figure they quoted me only went down £8.00. After my next bet I made them £1.20 in commission and the figure they gave me had gone up.
They firstly told me I could have 1 free withdrawal and then a week later they said I have to pay a fee.

As you can see they are untrustworthy and a shady company and I would not recommend using them.

They don't have any customers anyway and the entire site is full of bots. You can get better odds practically all the time at sharps.

From my experience I feel the second part of your statement here is wrong, but mainly because the first part is true. At times it definitely looks like they're inflating the market to a point that's damaging to them.

This story, especially from someone more experienced than myself is worrying. I've hit a couple of weak lines too and use Matchbook a lot. I hope this is just a problem between yourself and the company that will be resolved but either way I'll be keeping a close eye on developments with them in the near future. It's never nice when this sort of stuff is going on.
