BOOYAKA you are again unfair with the forum and me personally. Let me comment some of your points.
BOOYAKA wrote: Arbusers, you need to stop promoting crooks unless you think it is acceptable to steal a 2%
I do not promote matchbook anywhere in this forum. There is no deal between me and matchbook and several times I stressed that they do not pay affiliates. I never agreed with the 2% commission on withdrawals, however this might be a logic line of defense for them against those who are active in the  e-wallet commission abuse.
BOOYAKA wrote: What's to stop them charging 2% or even 5% on agent accounts in future, with no notice.
This is very hypothetical. So far you are not charged when you withdraw from matchbook and deposit to another bookmaker/exchange offered by the agent. In fact, this might be a solution for people that face the same problem like you.
BOOYAKA wrote: As you can see they are untrustworthy and a shady company and I would not recommend using them.
I can only guarantee for my self, but calling them untrustworthy and shady might be very harsh for them. The signals that Matchbook is sending are not enough to categorize them in the ''shady'' category.
BOOYAKA wrote: They don't have any customers anyway and the entire site is full of bots. You can get better odds practically all the time at sharps.
Indeed there are a lot of bots there, many of them belong to our members as far as i know. Actually, this is a sign that they do offer some great odds, scalpable from those who know how to use them and take advantage of the slightest chance. Betfair is also full of bots, is this a reason not to use them? On the contrary.

I m commenting all this in good faith with no intention to confront you in a personal level, even though I don't think this will change your negative position for the forum and me personally.

I will have to disagree with you here. They ARE crooks plain and simple. You should not be encouraging anyone to use them!

Nothing wrong with MB, they just want at least the Skrill deposit fees they have to pay recovered before a withdrawal.

They are fast becoming a big source of my profits with the tennis markets.

Dont take the piss and they are fine!

They continue with the same policy:
"Your recent withdrawal request has been declined as you have not reached the required activity in order for Matchbook to be able to absorb the cost of your withdrawals.

If you would like to continue with this withdrawal, please advise so that we can apply a 2% withdrawal charge to the amount you are requesting to take out. This would equate to 100.00 on your 5000.00 withdrawal request.

Alternatively, you could continue to roll over until reaching an additional 250.22 in paid commission.

If you would like to proceed and agree to the payment of the fees mentioned above, please reply to this email at your earliest convenience and request your withdrawal again so it can be processed as soon as possible by our payments team.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us."

Thenk I asked for a bank transfer, and this is the answer:
"If you would like to withdraw via Bank Wire we can accommodate that with a 35.00 charge.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,"

Pathetic.

I had same problem before few months. Find in rules for every 100 deposit you must pay not sure but think it was 3.5 eur commissions to be free of charge when withdraw. So if made deposits and don't lose all money it grow
