Melbet withdrawal a big problem (RESOLVED)
Please abusers from the bottom of my heart I am weeping and distressed with the way melbet is treating me. I registered my account on 4/5/2025 I played and I had a couple of winnings, since I won I have been trying to withdraw but the melbet security team have been bullying me and frustrating my entire life. Now for over a month I don't have money to sort some needs all the people I am owing are dragging me. I have money in my melbet account but this wicked company refused to verify my account and they are deliberately frustrating my life. I have sent in all the documents the requested to their security team email. Till today over a month they keep sending thesame generic messages even after sending all the documents they requested. I have never been in this type of position in my life. I am calling on abusers and the melbet representatives to verify my account with all the documents I have provided. Life is supposed to be easy and not hard this company is making my life a miserable one all because I won. I have done a video of me with my ID card and I have sent it to them, I have sent my ID card to them, I have sent the full screenshot of my binance profile ID and the full screenshot from my pc of the deposits I made from my binance to their wallet. What again do they want from me?? Do they want me to commit suicide and have my carcass sent to them to verify because they release my money?? Melbet release my account and verify my account. I did nothing wrong. I only played and won. You should not use verification to avert my Payment. My user ID is 1245007363

Honestly I never expected this type of delay from melbet. I am seriously overwhelmed and I have told the support to assist me. Despite all my efforts to get this resolved, the support team are bent on frustrating my life for nothing. My illness is getting worst and I have no money to continue my medications. I have been borrowing money just to sustain my kids and I yet this company called melbet has held my money for more than two months all for nothing. I am calling on the world please help me get my money from melbet. My kids and I have been in a deep mess for over two months. Melbet has deliberately used delay tactics, to withhold my winnings and deprive me of withdrawing. Even after I have sent all the necessary documents. I am just a customer who won fairly I shouldn't be deprived of my money and withdrawals. For over two months I have been in a serious battle with this company. This is a total wickedness. Please I am calling on people that matters to assist me get my money from melbet. God please help me at this point my illness is getting serious and I don't know what to do.

Hello at melbet support I don't know why you are repeating thesame messages I have sent what you requested since 2days ago, and I got the response that they have forwarded it to the right team, so I don't know why you are repeating thesame message to me. Your company is so heartless I said I am having serious health complications and I have no money on me to settle my bills. Yet for over two months your company keeps delaying me over my hard earned money
