MELBET withdrawal is Nightmare! Please pay me my money!

I have been on Melbet for the past 3 Weeks just trying to get my withdrawals all to no avail.

Deposited 4 times and all deposits under 200USD was a breeze and I decided to make a withdrawal and the frustration is just so much, they requested for a photo of myself holding my passport and also showing the email on a background screen and all of these are to be readable and clearly visible, like how in the world is that supposed to be possible, Melbet should have made it A MUST to do all necessary verifications prior to enabling deposits if these were going to be a blocker for withdrawals.

After 2 weeks of battling back and forth, they decided to disable my account and told me I could no longer use their service and that I should get all my money out, It's been two weeks, and I was only lucky to be able to get my first withdrawal of 200USD, it's been another additional 2 weeks since I have been trying to get my remaining balance withdrawn and it's really frustrating and time consuming. Would it take a year to get my funds withdrawn? I can't think of a normal bookie that operates in these manner, this is just outright SCAM, please process my remaining funds.

Each time I click on the status of the approved withdrawal, it shows the above pop-up that "Transaction is being processed. Awaiting operator confirmation" How many yearsdoes it take to process a withdrawal? It's been almost a week and they don't have a stipulated time to get issues like this resolved as stated by their customer service and security service which means, they can take indefinite years to respond to a customer if they so chose to. THis is ridiculous and very much unfair.

@Melbet please see to this and get my withdrawals processed please.

I believe 24 hrs should be more than enough to process a withdrawal and get it paid to a customer.

Giving a copy and paste answer all the time is bad for business and destroys your reputation as a company. Please address my complains and concerns as soon as possible.

mate, just open an account with askgamblers.com and open a complaint. Melbet have a representative there.
