And of course, back/lay feature as well. However this might destroy the model they operate under.

Mollybet reviews and discussion

Is there someone in this forum with an account directly from Mollybet? Someone told me that Mollybet is charging fees when you use their platform directly through them and as a result, you get slightly lower odds than what you normally get from the agents. Does anyone know? Thank you.

I doubt Mollybet would look for this business model, as they prefer dealing with agents directly and not the small fish.

I know another bettor who has account direct with them. I tried myself to open account with them but they told me that i already have accounts with other mollybet agents and they couldn't offer me their services. They may open accounts only to customers who never had accounts via mollybet agents.

Is there a shared data among agents and Mollybet? Is this legal?
Then I would extend my question for Orbit.

It would be naive to believe they don't share any data. Of course they do. But they do it in an unofficial way, something similar between Bet365 and Skrill for example. The same for Orbit.
I am sure there is no exchange of info among brokers, they have no real reason to do so, but Orbit and Mollybet should be considered as planted having their own satellites (brokers).

Sportmarket agent announced their platform SpormarketPRO will include Mollybet exchange as an additional betting option in the bet slips. This will allow all Sportmarket PRO users to bet against each other within the platform itself.
This could be revolutionary provided that players find it useful and contribute with their liquidity. We understand, the biggest the adaptation from players the better the product will become.
In addition, we now expect other brokers like BetInAsia to provide something similar in their own platforms.
Time will tell, but these news are good to us, as the community is vividly looking for this kind of solutions.

Today during the English football games I experienced issues with the bookie pin88 from Mollybet (BIA black). Similar problem has occurred the previous weekends. They usually lasts for three hours. I am guessing API performance issues, but Mollybets API is supposedly written in Erlang so I am a bit skeptical to performance problems.
Anyone else who've noticed and know more about these issues?

A few days ago I noticed that smarkets appeared in mollybet. I was happy that a new book had been added to mollybet but my happiness did not last long. Smarkets odds were available only for one day. Then it disappeared and never came back again. Anyone else noticed the same problem?

The customer support of one of the agents told me that SMK stands for Smarkets, and that is an unofficial appearance on the MollyBet platform at the moment. Later haven't seen their offers indeed.
By the way, the spotted odds by SMK were very good during that day, let's say in the top 3 in the given market. In the settings menu, that agency is still there to be activated or not.

Hopefully it was a trial appearance and they will come back to mollybet soon because their odds were pretty good and I would place a lot of bets via smarkets

Let’s face reality, the gambling market is thirsty for more exchanges as the traditional exchanges like Betfair, Smarkets, the whitelabels and others, are not offering the complete range of services a smart bettor needs.

It seems to us that Mollybet management came to the same conclusion and they decided to entry this market and take a part of the pie by launching their newest product called Mollybet exchange, enabling players to place bets against each other in Mollybet platform for the first time.

I am sure you already know the Mollybet platform offered by agents like BetInAsia and Sportmarket. If you are not familiar with the platform, have a look at our review. Mollybet platform is now including the Mollybet exchange too.

Mollybet exchange has been in development for quite some time now and it was launched in early April 2022. Of course, arbusers members were the first to know, like every other major or minor development in the smart betting scene. At the time of compiling this review, only the top 30 leagues and pre-match betting are offered to players, but the plan is to expand this to all leagues and sports and then offer in running betting as well. The exchange will sit alongside the other bookmakers on the bet-slip and players can use it like they would any other bookmaker if a price is available. If their requested price is unavailable or the stake isn’t filled by the market then their order will be thrown on Mollybet’s exchange and the price will be exposed to all players across all Mollybet’s partners and white labels.

All sharp players are already familiarised with the classic interface of exchanges like Betfair, Smarket and Betdaq. Mollybet Exchange is offering additional bet-slip options to allow players to view the market in a the traditional Back/Lay view if they wish. This will make it smoother for those who are addicted to the classic Betfair interface to familiarise them selves with Mollybet exchange too.

There is also an option to make the order ''DarK''. Dark orders are designed to allow players to place over-sized bets without unveiling either size or price. Dark orders join the queue of available liquidity (ordered by price and then time) and will be matched against incoming bets in the same way as visible liquidity. However, dark orders will not be visible via the user interfaces or via the API. In order to post a dark order the order size must exceed a nominal value. This value will initially be set to £500 (or currency equivalent). When posting a dark order, you can choose to specify a minimum order size that another player must be prepared to bet before their bets can match. This functionality is designed to protect the makers from ‘price discovery’. A player could, for example, lay Liverpool -1.5 for £5,000 and set the minimum incoming order to £1,000. Only players that are prepared to place orders exceeding £1,000 can match against the £5,000 dark order. Those who know how the weight of money works in betting exchanges, will immediately understand that we are talking about a revolution that will make the game even harder, allowing the player with deep knowledge to flourish and profit even more.

For now, there is no visibility for the presence of dark orders, either via the API or via the frontend interfaces. Incoming orders will be matched against dark orders, provided they satisfy the minimum order size requirements set by the maker, and the minimum price requirements of both customers. Later in the year Mollybet plans to publish/stream the amount of unmatched stake in the dark pool for each bet type. This service will alert takers to the existence of dark liquidity without disclosing the direction of the dark liquidity (i.e. back or lay) or the minimum price requirements of the maker.

Within the Betting and bet-slip section of the user settings players have the option to ‘Post orders on the Molly Exchange’. This option controls whether or not offers will be posted on the Molly Exchange. By unticking this option you will still be able to take prices available on the exchange but your offers will not be available to other users.

And what about the Premium Charges and the filthy commission rates other exchanges have? Well, simply put, there are no Premium Charges. Mollybet will not be a co-owner of your business like other exchanges do. Mollybet exchange will only charge a commission on any winning exchange bet. The commission will be factored into the price on the betslip in the same way that it is for other exchanges that charge commission on win amount. This brings you ahead of every competition, because Mollybet’s commission rates are almost half those of Betfair.

Mollybet exchange should appeal to a wide user base including the brokerage market, smaller bookmakers, syndicates, carefully selected individual users etc. For those who use bots to place their bets automatically, the order creation is limited to 10 orders per second.

Mollybet’s management communicated to arbusers ''We are still in the early stages but hope to be fully functional by the World Cup'' later in the year. Last but not least, we are asking all players to comment here and make any suggestions that will make the product better.

On top of all that, you could achieve a cash back for your Mollybet exchange volumes, provided that you are indeed referred by arbusers and you use our referral links to register your accounts. Read some more about the comparison of agents. In the end, if you find it very complicated, you could always return to the classic exchanges like Betfair and Smarkets, or try the white-lables like Orbit and Piwi247.

We are always at your disposal via PM, email or Skype, to help you decide which solution suits you best.
