I think you need to contact VIP CS and tell them you want  buy points. You ll probably be asked how many points you want to purchase.

It is assumed that MB does not provide their Mastercard to customers who are not resident of EU country.
I have purchased their Mastercard as I am permanent resident of Greece.
If I will change my home address, into my MB account, from Greece to another country which is not in the EU, the card will be in forced or canceled;

Why don't you ask them directly?

I asked them but they said that it is not available to non-residents of EU. They didn't specifically explain me. Maybe they didn' t understand as well what I wanted....

Why not leave your address as Greece in your MB account? I believe the cards can still be used outside of EU?

I suppose he is looking for a bf account also, and that is why he is looking for a foreign utility bill.

This is right. Anyway, I will try again to submit the question differently, they may understand. However, if someone has a similar experience let me quote.

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I had 5000 loyalty points but today I entered my account and I see that I have 290 points less. I wrote to MB but they claim that everything is correct. I am absolutely 100% convinced about the yesterday's number of loyalty points- after all the number is quite easy to remember.

Has anyone had a similar case and do you have any idea why has this happened?

Are you sure that yesterday's balance should have been 5000 and not less? Maybe today they corrected yesterday's mistake.This has happened to me.

Today is 0.58 EUR, tomorrow will be 5.8 EUR, the day after tomorrow - who knows...

And you do understand that if they are wrong once, they can be wrong more often as well.

So far I have never really checked whether everything is correct with the loyalty points and I might have been cheated on regular basis as well - and nobody likes that.
