Ok, this is then a relief but if they have corrected a mistake it is not related to any of my last transactions since I have not made any transactions that are or can make a total of 290 loyalty points. This amount of reduction makes abosutely no sense.

Right now we are in a cash-back period and most transactions are awarded 4x points but not all are. Maybe the mistake is related to that. You can trust Moneybookers.

I trust them - that is why I never checked before whether I received the real number of points.

I know that some give x4, some x1 and some do not give any points at all but still this amount of 290 points is not possible since the start of the Cashback period.

Is it possible that they calculated some very old mistake dating some time before I signed up for the Cashback? That will be confusing though...

I don't know really. You can always keep track of your transactions from now on and see whether the error is repeated.

I still haven't got any explanation from MB but meanwhille again something strange happened.

I made a single 290 transcation and on the next day 290 loyalty points were added to my account.
I was expecting another 870 loyalty points coz of the cashback period but today I see only 210 points added to my account. It makes absolutely no sense.

They add the BONUS points 2-3 days after the transaction. The next day after you made the transaction , they add  only the the normal points (1 eur = 1 point)

But why then the 210 points - I haven't made any transactions for 210? In fact the 290 transaction was the only transaction I've made in the last 10 days.

I will although they still have not solved my previous case (I've described it above).
I've never checked my points but now I know I should. And even if I spot the mistakes and alarm about them, that does not guarantee me that they are going to correct them.
However, it is strange that nobody else has noticed such thing or maybe nobody checks their points balance.

I wrote them but I still don't have a reply.
However, today another 290 points were added to my account which now makes the initial 290 points plus additional 210 points and the additional 290 points received today. A total of 290 + 500 = 790 points. Still this does not equal a total of 1160.
I am really confused because they give these points using very strange distribution method. Why don't they just give the initial 290 points (which would have been given even if there is no cashback period) and then a few days later at once all the other bonus 870 points?

Today I received another weekly Cashback update acording to which I've made 13 916 Loyalty points since I signed up for the promotion . Then I calculated all the points I should've received and they are 19 434 points. That is not a small difference.

Since signing up for the promotion I've sent money to unibet, sbobet, 188bet, nordicbet, bet365 and 12bet - as far as I know none of them is excluded from the promotion.

Is there anyone else who has noticed difference between the received points and the points he should've received?

Have you emailedvip@skrill.com? I always get a response. I'm sure you will too.

I emailed them when I first spotted that something is not ok when they deducted 290 points from my balance (I've decribed the case on the previous page). Later I saw another mistake (I've described it as well - receiving 790 points instead of 1160 for a 290 deposit) and I wrote to them for it too. They told me that there was some technical problem starting on 17th April but right now everythig is ok and my real balance is now correct but obviously it is not.
I am really confused. Is there something that I don't know - some adjustment at the end of the month or the period?

I received a call today from a mb representative and we almost solved the mystery. There is a mistake but it is a very small one and they are investigating it now. The email weekly update really confused me - the section "4x Loyalty points" should've been called "Bonus points".

Reading all the rules at Skrill, I noticed today something I didn't notice before ..

What does it cost to send money?
We charge 1% (up to a maximum of €0.50) per transaction. See fees.

Is this new? Or do I miss all of sudden something?
