The problem is simple, I need my limits raised. Firstly I sent them an e-mail 4 days ago via their site, no anwser. Yesterday morning I sent an email at the vip@moneybookers.com, still no answer!
I don't mind them telling me that my limits can't be raised but I don't like at all being ignored like this...
p.s. complain? where? since obviously they don't give a shit about my mails

Do you verified your adress and bank account and that stuff? You should have a limit of 30k or something then. And when thats not enough you should automaticly be qualified for becoming VIP.

Yes I 've done all these, I am VIP member and I have a limit of 32.000/90 days. It was an ok limit for some time but now it is not enough. I am asking them if they can get it higher and I get no answer...

I contacted them via phone after all and it seems the problem is solved. Lesson learned, never again via e-mail :)

MB is slow via mail. Phone is ok. I had the same. When you re vip, you get your VIP assistant, who will answer to mails, but still may take couple of days.

Oh, I thought the limit is automatically removed when you become VIP. Thats what they did with my account.
