How do you guys increase the outgoing limits after finishing with the 18,500€ limit after verification with ID + utility bill?
They ask my friend for either certificated ID/passport, bank statement or bank test upload to their account. He just wants his limits increased so this is too much hassle, so is there any faster way? How about getting bigger limits right from the start?
Any help or advise is welcomed.

The issue was solved in a short time but what I meant is " it is too much hassle to do it every time the account limit is finished" so I was trying to find a way to get done with it in the shortest way possible, time and cost wise.
I might probably switch all to Neteller if Skrill starts to be annoying again.

Skrill locked my account for verification processes last thursday because i hit the limit. I sent them the required documents immediately but no answer from them ever since. My account is frozen and all my money are locked there and in one bookie, so i havent arbed for 3 days thanks to and their epic CS. Do netteller follow the same policy and block your funds while you are verifying your account? Do they impose the same limits?

i deposited loads to various books the last few days of the cashback promotion. finding it difficult to bet through the deposits so i can make a withdrawal as football season's over. i've got a large balance at 188bet and they only let me bet on football, hopefully get it done quickly on the confederations cup next week. really annoyed as I wanted to lower my accounts down and take some time off.

Skrill customer service is pathetic. You have to phone them and hassle them to get anything done.

But VIP clients get better treatment.

I received a phone call from Skrill today, after I explained them how disappointed I am for waiting 8 days, and how unacceptable it is, I had my account unlocked within 2 hours with limits increased. About time :)
So yea, if they dont call you, I guess you calling them will do wonders.
