Hi all arbers!
I got an email today from Skrill that I think is a phishing email.
I have contacted Skrill to verify it and is waiting for an answer.
The mail looks real but does not start with my first and last name,
Anyone else got this?

Re: Skrill limit
example:if you transact 2k today this amount(2k) will be added to you limit after exactly 90 days. So if you transact all your limit in first day you cant move anymore for at least 89 days!

Another scam
Guys,
Yesterday I received a Skrill e-mail from the following E-mail address: (skrill@news.skrill.com)
The e-mail says something about the Moneybookers Mastercard is now available for non European customers, as well.
Does anyone know if this is genuine or if it's another scam?
Thanks
FT

Re: Another scam
Seems ok. I got the same e-mail in my mother tongue.
If i would want to order this card though, i wouldn't do this by clicking any link in emails. I would go directly to their website just for precaution :-)

Moneybookers - multiple accounts
I would like to open a second Skrill account in a different currency than my first account. I'm not trying to do any scams, I just want to avoid the 2.5% commission on currency exchange.
I read in one place on their website that you can only hold more than 1 account after obtaining permission from them, and another place it says it is strictly forbidden.
I emailed their customer service but they never replied.
Does anyone know what they would typically do to someone with 2 accounts?

Re: Moneybookers - multiple accounts
Normally it is strictly forbidden, so you must get in touch with them in order to get that second currency account. Otherwise the second account will be locked from the beginning. Send them again an email or call, there is no other way.
