no no I sent them a phone bill but I saw later that they only accept utility bills or bank statements.

I have problems with skrill right now.. could not open skrill.com. Anyone know what is wrong?

...department is already aware of the issue in Skrill and they are working on it already.

skrill was down for aprox. 4 hours but it is working now.

Opened an account via the banner and got it locked immediately

The banner is not responsible for the status of your account. We are not providing CS here and you should ask Skrill directly.Rev wrote: Hello.

But i'm not asking for the CS and just wanted to know is that normal practice.
So I asked maybe someone else had the same problem.
I even thought that they block every single account opened via the banner until verification is completed but seems they dont.

I am new to this forum and i will thank all of you here for i read. But i have a question. I opened a MB before two weeks and it was blocked i have sent ID an utility bill since Tuesday via email and also uploaded my documents through the upload form, but still no response. Is it usual to you?
