Funny thing is I didnt know about 10 eur max. So I thought I would pay quite a big fees for transferring big amounts between wallets.

Neteller does not have these fees at all as far as I know. Maybe at the beginning it's wise to start with NT instead of Skrill.

Keep Calm and Call them! Dont lose time, on waiting for them to reply cuz it could last from 1-10 days

I was receiving some phishing emails about neteller , they ended up in spam by themselves. Never even touched them of course.
Thing was going on for 2 weeks, and then unauthorised transactions started happening. These guys even got the phone number later and started sending phising SMS too.
I have a topic here somewhere about it, in the end neteller did nothing, they just locked my account for a couple of months.

If you have a token, you should be safe though.
