Token takes you some more seconds, yes sometimes can be annoying specially if you need a fast deposit, on the other hand the safety is much better with token, so to use it or not isn't a question for me.

you can keep an acc with big amounts using token and the other accounts without token and each time you want to deposit you will send only the amount you want to deposit so u wont be exposed to any risk and you will be fast too... but token is neccessary for your safety

Or you just manage your deposits and withdraws in a way that you don't need urgent fast ones. Not always possible but for 90% it works.

Yes, MB can block accounts to investigate, if they suspect multiple ID abuse. You ll maybe need to send them additional documents or explain that you and your friends are betting together. Maybe they will ask, why you both are on the same IP.

In the new money laundering law from Germany is stated that e-wallets will not be allowed for gambling transactions in the future. And  I don´t see any other reason why sbo would stop to offer moneybookers, especially as this is only concercing german customers. So I´m am pretty sure that will be effective for all bookmakers.
