Are there more steps to take to remain anonymous and seperated from older accounts?
On my new account I can somehow see chat with support from my former account, which spooks me, will I get found out?

Which btc bookies dosent ask you for veryfication so you could make another one account?
If you made your accounts on the same device and you see former spooks there could be a problem...

I am afraid clearing cookies is not working any more. Maybe it would do the job before 2010s, but not today.
Using a VPN might be a red flag also. All mainstream VPNs have certain IPs being blacklisted by normal bookmakers.
It would be good to mention the name of the bookmaker so people might help you more.

I am afraid clearing cookies is not working any more. Maybe it would do the job before 2010s, but not today.

If you are talking about anonimous crypto bookie with nice bonus then I know what bookie you are talking about.
Be very carefull with them, they are not so naive as you might think.
New device, fresh new residential/mobile IP and fresh coins is a way to go.
