I wanted to tell you about my problem. I want to apologize for my English.
A little about myself. I have been betting for 18 years, mainly tennis. To be more precise, I am engaged in trading odds on tennis matches before they start. I know the rules and laws of betting and have never violated them. I've never been in such situations, so I'm nervous.
A few years ago I became Sportmarket client. I use their Pro product. Later they opened an account for me in Traderplace. 4 days ago, my Tradeplace account was suspended along with the money (33,000 euros). I reported the problem to Sportmarket support. They informed me that they had encountered this for the first time and promised to sort out the problem. Four days have passed, but I have not received any information from them. I was informed that my account is under investigation and until it ends I will not be able to use my money. They don't say what exactly they're accusing me of. You don't have to block my account if you want to conduct an investigation. I've been in the Sportmarket for a long time and I wasn't going to run away. I understand it this way. If the reason for blocking is not named, then it does not exist. It's no secret that the Traderplace takes a position against clients in betting. Maybe they didn't like that I've won a lot lately. I don't see any other reasons for blocking. I make thousands of bets in Pinnacle and brokers. My conscience is clear. I earn money solely with my knowledge accumulated over all these years. I can explain any of my actions on the exchange. But no one asks me for anything. The situation is very unpleasant. I do not know what to do. Perhaps I lost my caution and kept too much money in the Traderplace account. But I trusted the reputation of the Sportmarket. I still trust the Sportmarket and I really hope that they will solve this problem.

Give it few more days and as you said, if your actions were right then you will get your money back. No one will just keep someones money because they are winning or Lossing. except some shitty bookies but sportmarket is bigger than that.

My concerns are not related to the Sportmarket, but to Traderplace. I do not know what kind of people are behind this company and what their goals are. They are new to this business. There are no reviews about them on the Internet.

Seems like the people behind Penta88 own Traderplace.

I believe I know very well the brokers ecosystem and in my view Sportmarket is the honest and the one I enjoy having volumes with. However it must be highlighted that Sportmarket is not for the small to average bettor (even though they welcome them too) but it is more for the big fish with the bigger fishes.
You are not saying much so it is not possible to comment in your case specifically.

What is Traderplace? Can't find any info about Traderpalce on Sportmarket website. Is it only for tennis bets or for soccer too?

I bet on the tennis player long before the match and close the position with a bet on the opponent right before the match.
Sometimes I place bets in Pinnacle and close a position in Pro or Traderplace.
I also want to note that I have been doing this for a very long time and my strategy has not changed over the past month.
So I have no idea what they might not like.
I would really like to see a comment from the Sportmarket representative about this problem.

Traderplace is a replacement for Betfair.

My Traderplace account was unblocked last night. I still don't know anything about the reasons for blocking.
I noticed that the liquidity on my Traderplace account has now been reduced to standard (Betfair), and this pleases me.
It is less likely that I can now be accused of any violations.

Did that unblock your money, do you have full control over your amount, i.e. is the withdrawal possible on your side?
And another question, is there a possibility for everyone to require from them the reduced, standard (Betfair) liquidity, not the Position Taking one? What did they tell you these days while your money was blocked?

Yes, I can withdraw funds and have already done so. You can't demand anything from them. They decide for themselves what kind of liquidity to provide to each client.

You can write to them and they will open an account for you. The commission is 3%. Last year it was 2.5%
