That was an excellent read. I m not sure if arbusers bullied them (AC/Orbit) but who cares as long as the money returns to the owner.
I read dozens of complaints about Orbit in the forum and looks like AsianConnect was the one that behaved in an excellent manner. Do you think AsianConnect would be the best choice for an Orbit account in terms of safety?

All agents we work with are responsive and they work in good will. In this case AsianConnect management made a lot of extra miles.

If you read in various forums and websites, you will see that agents do not enjoy a good reputation. The number of negative posts and reviews is outnumbering by far the positive. As a result, someone who is starting now in gambling will choose to leave agents alone. Even in our forum, there are 100s of negative posts. But in the end, if you read until the end of each story, you will see the vast majority of issues were resolved in a good manner. But the title remains there for those who only read titles.
We are working with agents for many years now. We started working with AsianConnect in 2013, the last entry was Sportmarket in 2019. I met dozens of people who work in agents. Owners, managers, clerks, you name it. These are people having a much better mentality compared to the management of a traditional high street bookmaker. However, inexperienced bettors still believe that WilliamHill, Ladbrokes and Bwin, are better than AsianConnect and Sportmarket. This is because the traditional bookmaker spends billions in advertising, while the agents do not have this luxury.

Dear friends, I want to inform you that fortunately Orbit restored my balance and this regrettable situation was resolved fairly. I am very happy to be able to share this news, as I was desperate.

Orbit took responsibility for the situation and returned the entire amount of fraudulent bets that were placed on my account.

I want to thank everyone especially for the excellent support and help that the administration here on the forum gave me, you were fantastic thank you

As an Orbit player who was scammed by the same way about 2 years ago (2900 euros on a cricket game while I was offline), I am very glad to read that you managed to get your funds back. Congrats to Arbusers and to your betting agent (Orbit will never deserve any credits while there are still dozens of scammed clients out there).

Thats why 2FA is the first thing people should do these days right after signing up.
Once thats done and that kind of thing happens you know smth shady within a bookie/exchange is going on.

System glitch. Suprislingly I've heard some similar cases (soft bookies, quite few of them) but no one reported it was bets won, every single case customer money was thrown because of stupid lost bets. Must be pure coincidence and system glitch. The fact that they refuse to provide IP bets were placed means its not a "glitch" for sure. And every single similar case Im aware of any customer complaint were declined because "you must've placed such bets or someone else because you did not keep your password safe". End of story, case closed. We live in a world where bookie can steal customer balance and refuse to show any evidences so such situation is extreme convenient for them to seize money, dont you think? Perfect case for stealing customer in white gloves, legal one I would say, if they refuse to provide IP or just say bets were placed from your IP how on earth would you prove it wasnt you who placed the bets? You simply cant so I would take bettor side in such situation unless clear evidences are shown.

exactly, I agree with every word you wrote. Plenty of scam bets were put from Orbit accounts on cricket games either because 2FA was not activated and credentials of customers were compromised by phishing sites either shady inside job took place which cannot be proven. In any case , Orbit' s tactics not to provide the IP list or to provide IP list where all the important IPs are "accidentally" missing is serious violation of GPDR legislation. Every customer has the right to know which IP is logged in to his account when a bet is placed and I cannot understand how Orbit is able to avoid responsibility in similar cases.
