negative balance ORBITX

Have you ever encountered negative balance problems on Orbitx?

How is it possible?
if you have 100 euros and you bet 100 euros if you lose you have 0 euros
You can never be negative unless it's a bug.

well maybe after 2 months they might debit you for a wrong grading and you have negative.

yes, wrong grading later corrected.

Example, you have 100 euros, you place bet#1 at odds 2.0 : the bet lost, but Betfair mistakenly graded it as a winner.

Your balance is 200 euros, you place another bet, bet#2, and you lose the bet : your balance is 0.00.

Later, Betfair corrects bet#1, your balance goes from 0.00 to -300. Or I guess that's the way it happens?

Would be stupid from Orbitx not to put the balance back to 0.00, who would deposit to an account that has a -300 euros balance lol.

Precisely I still follow the results of my bets and I know when I lose or when I win
And there has never been a balance that I could not explain following a bet (gain or loss)

The only weird point is that my balance was zeroed twice following a transfer between Ortix Bet and one of the Ortix casinos (Marble/Livedealer)

In April 2021 (i.e. 1 month after opening my Orbitx account) and February 2022. I opened a ticket each time and after days of exchanges (print screen..) and investigations of AC listed they gave me back my money
And yet in March 2022, AC told me that my account had been closed because it was stopping their partnership with Oxbit (I was not warned)
Subsequently I asked that my balance be transferred to PIWI then they replied that I was at 0 euros

I no longer had any way to take a print screen to show my balances because my account had been closed

After asking for explanations they told me that my balance was at -3200 EUROS then after a new check and several months later they told me that my account was at -222 euros

What can I do? I had about 1141 euros

Honestly, i think something is wrong that no one knows or someone know.

When you withdrawl from Orbit using Ac, they take about 12 to 25 hours to process the withdrawl and each time they reply that upline is checking your bets. So how it the world would they miss the accounting after such hours. Doesnt make sense to me. But like always maybe i am missing something or maybe they have fewer accountants.

Hi send you me conversation with ACSupport they occured a lof of bug on my balance
I was in positif but they closed my Orbitx account because they told AC stoped his parternship with Orbitx
I have printscreen of my balance 5 days before they closed it and AC provided my file that shown that I was earning money since(from) this printscreen
Please can you help me

From what I read above, I understand that AsiaConnect asked you to specify a certain time period in order to check the betting history. Did you accept that or not?
Is your account referred by arbusers? If yes, we could have a look with our AsianConnect manager to clarify what is going on there.
As for the sudden stop of Orbit and AsianConnect cooperation, as far as I know no player reported a loss of funds or anything like that. There were some open bets that went far in time, but this is also sorted out.
