what is exactly going on with Neteller ?

Countries outside of SEPA cant deposit and cant withdraw by bank.The only thing they can do is to send money to other Neteller accounts.

What is exactly happening in SEPA countires? Their cards transactions and bank withdrawals have been wrongly debited twice?

I confirm that. They charge twice for some transactions. You should avoid using the card. They say they are doing their best to correct things by the end of this week.

As a workaround, non SEPA users can open Skrill accounts, send the funds there and withdraw from Skrill. This is not a good solution as it comes with unfair fees.
No time schedule is confirmed in regards to when they will be able to offer bank account withdrawals.

Regarding the duplicate Net+ transactions - they will be reversed in the beginning of next week latest.

Neteller and Skrill are going down the toilet faster than Apple!  At least Apple has some sort of (patronising shitty) customer service to offset  their exorbitant charges!!

I asked them on phone and they said they dont offer bank withdrawals anymore into non SEPA countrys. Its not that they are having a problem, its just a bussines decision. I only used in 2018 to deposit and withdraw in some sites and didnt pay attention to how greedy have they become. If someone is willing to show a way to withdraw  the money(with the lowest possible fees) from these greedy bastards please reply. Im thinking on having a net+ card from a friend and withdraw but its 1.45%fee to send and 1.75% fee to withdraw from ATM so pretty expensive.

They ban countries from Bank withdrawals and clients must pay these fees!

@arbusers Moving money from neteller to skrill has 1% fee and skrill still allows bank withdrawals. Do you think this is the best option we have ? Could we expect skrill to make same move as neteller anytime soon ?

This is really annoying. I guess the other option is to convert to crypto?

the only solution is to sue Neteller for banning bank withdrawals without prior notifications.

Does any regulator care if we  sue them? or they are similar to Curacao and dont give a fuck ?!

If all users from non SEPA countries sue them at the same time, its a won trial. They woldn’t know what hit them.

I can only speculate here, but over these last years we noticed one e-wallet following the other after some months. I can only assume that Skrill will follow in the next time period.
A wise bettor, and I believe most of you guys are wise bettors, should make the calculations, determine what is needed and what is not needed in this business, and make the adjustments.

A friend of mine just registered to Neteller, and he just had to upload his ID front and back, they did not ask selfie, and his account was verified within one minute. Is it common thing at Neteller? The verification system is same at Skrill and Skrill always wanted to see a selfie and as far as I know, they need some days until they verify the uploaded pictures. Is it possible that later Neteller will ask my friend to provide a selfie?

It is common but not the norm. Neteller might ask for the selfie at a later stage.

A member just reported that he was asked to provide a selfie holding the note for an account that was registered back in 2016.
