New higher fees from PaySafe (once again)

Tue Nov 12, 2019 10:06 am

PaySafe announced some minutes ago some new fees that will come into force from the 15th of January 2020.

• All non-EEA (European Economic Area) clients in Skrill and Neteller will be paying 2.50% deposit fee for all payment methods.
• For EEA customers the deposit fee will remain the same;
• New administrative fees will be introduced in both wallets (ex. per chargeback; per cash upload etc.).

I've just called them, it won't affect skrill to skrill movements, so if we send money to our agent skrill account we are not going to spend anything (mantaining silver level or higher).
It will be for sending money from skrill to a third part who doesn't have a skrill account.

That seems to be related to the general T&Cs and point 4.5. "All information you provide during the signup process or any time thereafter must be accurate and truthful."
Meaning that Skrill has the right to issue such a fee amounting to 150 EUR should a member have provided untruthful info. I believe that was always there, shouldn't be one of the new things general condition that they've decided to state there with all other fees.
