Makes sense. But wouldn't you also need access to a bank account in their name? So far I have only used Moneybookers and Instadebit, and both required a bank account in my name.

Not necessarily. I use neteller and they don't ask for a bank account. Anyway, you should use real people's documents from people you know and who have agreed with you to do so.

Unfortunately, neteller cannot be used for gambling here in Canada. I also tried buying UKash here, but it was "age-restricted" (and thus no gambling with it). I don't know if there is non-age restricted here, but UKash has a lot of fees attached anyhow.

What does "age restricted" mean?.
Betting is age restricted :-)
How old are you?

The "age-restricted" refers to the type of ukash voucher (not the age of the user). This type of voucher cannot be used for anything that is age-restricted, e.g. gambling, alcohol, porn, etc ... ;)

Anyhow, I realized ukash is not a solution, because that only allows you to deposit not withdraw.

If anyone know of alternatives to neteller also not requiring a bank account, please share.

You can withdraw via ukash too. You can deposit or withdraw money via ukash, depending on country you live of course. When you withdraw money by ukash, bookie sends you a ukash voucher code. You can deposit this code to a bookie or sell to your friends, it's up to you.
