Hi guys, for roughly a week, I can not login to my Skrill account. After entering correct credentials, I am prompted (as usual) to choose to send the verification code via sms or email. Neither of these actually comes. I tried resending them multiple times to no avail. Neteller works fine for that matter. Anyone else encountered this problem?

I'm in. Received code via email after 10 seconds.

Had this issue.Needed contact them to change OUTLOOK email to GMAIL and then I started receive emails without any issues.Also adding phone number to your account can help in such situations in case you not receiving EMAIL code you can ask code to be sent to registered phone number.

hello, i had this issue a long time ago and as i was not receiving codes neither on my phone or e-mail, i continued asking and then all the codes came together but the account was blocked.It lets you ask for a code for 5 times and then your account is blocked for safety reasons.So, please be careful with this.

im waiting at 24h for an code, and i already resent it foyr time, im afraid to resent the 5th time and block the skrill

sometimes this happens and then receice 2 or 3 codes mails in a row olders, but always receive at last one to open skrill in resent code trys. not this time...

any help?

You won t block the acc with the 5th attempt, you will only have to wait for 15 more mins

but " sent a new code" , dont accumulate?  in the olds trys ? in 15 minuts i have more 5 trys to resent code?

Only 1 new try after 15 mins. Solved here, you can call them if it persists.

Tried several times. But less than 5 times on this occasion

same problem here. Tried several times but didn't received. Wrote them via mail , they disabled code, resetted and they again same problem when they activated back. How you solved it? thanks

I am not quite sure to which verification code you are referring to, but allow me to say there are 2 available ways to receive it.
SMS and email. If one fails, use the other. For me, many times I do not receive the SMS, but email works pretty smoothly.
