So my money is frozen because I’m in the mix. You know how much time that can take to investigate the match ?

I Ask the support this morning and they can do nothing.

I don't want to get into details, but it seems to me that a big number of accounts were caught in this. Maybe the number is far bigger compared to previous similar cases and that could be something new to Betfair investigators.

I traded on that match. After Milojevic won first set odds were higher than prematch. There was huge arb opportunity between exchange and soft bookies. I realizeded that match is fixed and left the market. After couple of hours my account was suspended. I contacted support, they fixed it immidiatly. I don't know why, maybe because I lost on that market ( about -50$).
Since than I avoid betting on challenger tour. There are tons of fixed matches and strange odds movements.

I doubt. The game is under investigation. It is like going to the police to complain for a policeman who is doing his job.

Any news in this case. Someone posted in another forum that Betfair needs 12 to 24 months to finish the investigation.

I am a legit bettor who has been involve in this investigation.

That begin august 11 2022.

Up to date, I have no news, no update, nothing.

I ask AC each day. Nothing. Always the same answers : We are waiting the upline.

Maybe it’s a DDD tactic. I don’t know.

But I know it’s very not fun to be in that position.

Anyone has any update on this topic?

We are 2 weeks from 2 years of the date event, (11 august 2022) which has always been indicated as maximum timeframe by Bia and AsianConnect to solve the investigation

My colleague had a sad experience.

But no one will provide any report. They will simply write in words that there was an "investigation" or similar nonsense.
