Myself like thousands of others have been betting on trump getting the next president and just joe biden won't be sworn as president.

After the election and vote counting and the accusing from trump and 17 states of voting fraud
orbit exchange keeped their bets active based on the comment of a representative that they will wait as there might be lawsuit,challenges and other possibilities which could lead that joe biden won't be the next president.


Since my bet was that Trump will succeed i put a large order betting on him like many others knowing that the final date will be jan 6 where the new president will be announced in a special meeting.

That's where everything can happen.

So i knew like majority that yesterdays collegue voting won't be in favour of trump because they just execute what have been counted before.


Today Orbit closed the bet who will be president in 2020 making every trump bet being counted as lost.

They must get massive complaints as even on their help page you can read the info

(Updated 14.12) US Election Exchange markets update. In-line with our market rules which as states “The most projected Electoral College votes won”, We are now in the process of settling the remaining US Election markets.

So they closed based on electoral college votes where everyone knew before it will be just confirmation of counted votes and the real fight will be jan 6th .

Based on that they ripped off all bets on trump.

Best of all they instantly opened new bets using their bots if trump will leave in the first term and their bots give only a 5% possibility odd.

So they basicly count on it themself  that Biden won't be president and fucked all bets before this is going to happen with a small hidden rule they claim is a valid reason to count biden as the next president



If someone wants to take legal action plz contact me

This means the election is now in full contention, and it looks increasingly likely the final vote will go to Congress, under the one state = one vote rule

So many hard evidences how support of betfair confirmed that bet won't be settled before all legal challanges have been closed and before jan 19th with a clear roadmap what they are waiting for.


They just opened the pandorra box to get sued the hell out.....i will surely open or join a lawsuit.

Instead of contacting a lawyer now and spending more money, I strongly suggest you wait a few more weeks till January 20 has passed to see if you have anything to complain about.

I have a feeling the problem will go away by then.

i will organize a lawsuit already.

Since group lawsuits are allowed in the UK its a good possibility to split cost expecially as the number of cheated people are enourmes who bet big money like myself.

Also the evidences collected are so many and so hard i can't imagine betfair has a chance in court as they confirmed themself in various chats they will wait till jan 19 and confirmation of the ellector votes on jan 6th

I could join after the confirmation in January if the costs are acceptable for a 500€ loss profit...

Based on terms of Orbitx i have 7 days time to open a dispute.
Since asianconnect88 refused to give me customer service email of orbitx
and demanded to send the dispute via them i sent my dispute to their customer support with the
request to forward it to orbitx as previously chatted.

However they basicly send me emails back trying to decourage to send a dispute and to accept the bogus explanation that biden is the president based on a cnn article where the direct source clearly says something else.
I did not ask on the dispute for a refund but that my bet is still valid and should TRUMP get president till 20th jan that i demand my full winning.

But asianconnect support still refuses to forward my email.
