Does anyone know if Orbit also has a Twitter account or anything like that where they post planned maintenaince times or status updates for when the site is down? Thanks!

Thanks for the answer. Guess I haven't paid attention than, since I've logged in numerous times by now and haven't seen it. Will pay attention next time.

So are you guys saying it is safe to register a new Orbit account with a second agent, when the first agent is raising the commission rate? How long do you think this can last?

You can close one Orbit account with agent A and safely start an Orbit account with agent B. However, please notice, Orbit (and possibly Betfair) will profile you and after some days they will immediately know that both accounts belong to the same customer who still has the same betting patterns. So far so good, this is not a reason to worry about.
But at the same time, if you receive a message from Orbit, or the agent, that your business is not wanted, be sure that next time they get you they will try to irritate you.
To sum up, yes, you can jump from one Orbit account to another in safety. Only if a message comes to you, you will understand it is time to stop.
At the same time, you have the option to jump from Orbit to Piwi247. You will still receive more or less the same service, but you will prolong your activities with these white labels.

There are times there is nothing left to do but jump from 1 account to another. For example, when an agent applies new fees and new commission rates to your accounts.
Like Betfair, these white label accounts should be treated as ''assets'' for you, so treat them accordingly.

There is no official Social Media account from Orbit. Agents promote Orbit or others through their own SM accounts. They only put the maintenance banner on the platform. The best is to contact your agent, they should have all the information about such things. Or you can e-mail them directly. Their official one they have is info@orbitexch.com
They might answer quicker then some agents.

An Orbit representative is in our forum too, and I know they read this thread.

I want to tell you about a problem with Orbit/BetinAsia that happened yesterday.

I placed 2 bets on my Orbit account:
lay 1042 euros Inter Mailand match odds 1,10 and
lay 1042 euros Inter Mailand match odds 1,12

This simply were 2 small arbitrage bets where I placed Inter to win with odds 1,12 for 2000 euros at another bookie (score Inter 1:0) so everything ok here with the odds.

Immediately after my bets went through I noticed that the market has been suspended by Orbit and it took some minutes to re-open. I first thought there might be some kind of VAR decision but all the other bookies had the market open so I thought there are some TV signal issues.

After they re-opened the market my bets still showed there so everything seemed to be ok. In the half time the bets still were active after that I didn't check anymore because the CL match started on TV.

After doing my daily book-keeping I noticed that my Orbit balance was short of 2000 euros so I checked every bet and finally found that they voided my 2 lay bets on Inter. According to the time stamps of the bets the voided at the start of the second half.

I spoke to BetinAsia and got the following response:
Upon checking with the related department, the response regarding the voiding reason of your Bets XX is the following:
All matched bets after 19:16:42 - 19:26:06 were voided as the game failed to turn in play.

They don't want to discuss this any further and they tell me they are only betting brokers and that they can't help.

I really can't say if the market had been turned in play or not, I simply didn't pay attention. But I know the odds have been "inplay-odds" because they were simply correct according to the other bookies.

If there is an Orbit managaer here in the forum perhaps he could look into this case as I really did nothing wrong here and I feel robbed of 2000 euros.

It happens. If market not turned inplay betfair void all bets since match started. I don't think orbit can do anything about it.

I can say for sure that Orbit's interest is not the same with agent's interest. Thus a client not wanted from AsianConnect might be very much wanted from Orbit and he will be welcomed if he appears again from another agent (like BIA for example).

That is true. We lately see AsianConnect moving all clients to Piwi247. Some of them have been long term losers with Orbit. And I see many of them returning to Orbit from other agents.

After the Piwi247 fiasco, AsianConnect is sending clients back to Orbit again. If they (AC) continue to take position against the player, I don't see how anyone would stay with them. At the same time I m sure all agents are not happy being dependent on Orbit.

I have a question regarding the exposure limit.

Orbitx accounts usually have a 3k limit (BIA, AC), or even 1.5k limit (Brokerstorm), I trade offplay so I need at least 5k exposure. I emailed bet-football and they told me they is no limit at all on Orbitx (though the commission is 4%).

Did anyone try through this broker? I find it surprising they set no limit. Would be great to have a feedback from any user here.

What i do not understand with this white labels and betfair is why the limits and the closing of white labels if the exchange is just betting again other bettors?

Or are the exchange bringing in their own Money?, i understand the issue with Asianconnect since they take position on Bettors but the other white labels like Piwi, why would they close down if they cover the same bet in exchange. Bascially EXchanges should not be worried who wins or Lose.

Or am i missing something?
