hi, mate you should ask the agent you are working with, but sometimes it is a system bug, so i recommend you to try different browser, clear cache and cookies and log in again.

Hello, all did you get any serious response from your brokers about that issue? orbit was about 24hours down, it started evening and ended yesterday early afternoon...so this is not a maintenance, my broker said that the provider was making some improvements to bet features but when it returned to normal operation i didn't notice any improvement.al1contact wrote: Very strange. ok, not convicing response for me, because they have their usual maintenance every Thursday morning for about two hours... so many hours without any previous warning for me still remains dreaded...

Orbit Exchange recently decided to include 2 Factor Authentication to avoid malicious acts against bettors. We lobbied a lot for this. Since this thread is the one that appears the most when you search for an Orbit Exchange review, I decided to post the following here, hoping it will protect anyone reading it.
Do not login to your Orbit Exchange account via google. Have a look at what Google shows when you search for Orbit Exchange. This is the very 1st result, and probably the reason for some millions of euros being lost.
This address does not belong to Orbit Exchange. It is a trap. This scammy site has a dotless ı in the url instead of the normal i. It has nothing to do with Orbit Exchange.
