I have sent my questions to 2 agents and expect their replies.
It would help me if someone could say what is the status of Betfair genuine accounts that took part in the action.

I am updating and quoting the official answer from AC:

"The bet was deducted by upline due to this match Fixtures 23 Oct / EC Vitoria Salvador v Brasil de Pelotas
This is part of an ongoing Betfair investigation on that particular event

When they'll give an update we'll let you know"

Same vague response from all agents but we are their customers and they took our balances. If you take someone's money at least you need to have more detailed and up to the point explanation. We need also reasonable timeframe for resolution on this.

Could someone else also confirm the releasing of the funds with the exception of the winning sum from AsianConnect Orbit accounts?

yeah, same story here. But not sure what he meant by "winnning sum". I traded there (both pre-ko and inplay) with few thousands. Made a loss in the end. They deducted some from my account but cant figure out why this amount really, tried to add amounts I traded with and nothing is right there. Must be part of the amount I traded with, why - no idea. Considering this situation being extreme annoying Im happy my account isnt blocked completely. Still, my trades there are SETTLED as lost (and my account statement shows hundred eur loss there) so what the hell, you either dont settle bets at all let them wait as pending etc and wait for investigation result or confirm nothing wrong with the bets and dont hold balance.

They settled all lost bets as lost. They also settled won bets as won but deducted without consent all winnings that originate from the won bets. This leaves traders like us in very bad situation because:

If you placed back bets of 1000 Eur and won from them 1000 Eur profit.
You placed also lay bets of 1000 Eur while trading out.
Your net profit from the market is zero.
But you got deducted with 1000 Eur of your balance.

Hope that clears the confusion what amounts are being blocked.

No point asking BF. They wont tell anyone cause they dont know how long its gonna take. You wont make them speed up, only way is make an compliant to their regulators. Too lazy to find out but guess they got some bullshit like "we reserve right to undergo investigation as long as needed" in T&C which legalize in theory investigating forever...

All lost bets were graded as lost.
All won bets were returned. but not the winnings.

Is that correct?
