Re: Orbit Suspended My Account (Horse Racing Betting) (Resolved)
Hello everyone. As I understand it, your goal is not to make money, since you yourself wrote that you have a loss of 15,000 euros per year. Therefore, the loss of 1700 should not upset you!!! Or are you not telling us something! You would have lost that amount anyway! Isn't it?

I have invested a total of 35 thousand euros in this account in the last year and made a withdrawal transaction of around 20 thousand euros. I do not know where the amount of around 4500 was taken from. The reason for the review was not really explained.
Re: Orbit Suspended My Account (Horse Racing Betting)
I usually bet on Winner, Place 2, Place 3 and Place 4 options in parts. If there is no winner, to make money from the first 3 or 4 options. I usually bet on 2-3 horses.James Ravazzolo wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2024 12:29 ammy mistake, I thought you earlier had tried withdraw 4500. So they want to take out 4500 as punishment (if that amount existed) and suspend the account? Is the 4500 all the winnings up to that point? One thing I did notice is that your Excel shows a lot of bets on 9/14 at 20:14, 20:15, 20:16. If those times are accurate and Orbit shows the same, then I wonder if they are accusing you of using a bot, which is against the T&C ? Its hard to manually make 13 bets in that space of time by hand.

Just because I lost before doesn't mean I will lose from now on. Are you supporting the bookmakers or the bettors here? This money is important to me. I don't have any other cash right now. I played with my last money. I am currently in big debt and I made my last deposit by withdrawing cash from my credit card. Yes, it is wrong but I took too much risk. I have been playing more regularly for the last 3 months and I don't have much loss. Most of my losses are from last year.

I have debts to banks and most of them are due to losing money in bets.Nikoali wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2024 6:36 amHello everyone. You are right, maybe I will lose this money again, but I do not want to lose it as a result of the betting office taking the money unfairly. I have loan payments this month and my salary is not enough for the payments. I was going to pay with this money.

A little bit of recommendations if I may:
- Suspension of any activity in this matter for a period of one year;
- Pay off debt as an absolute priority through work earnings as other people do; Don't get involved in gambling!
- Collect all the Bucks you intend to waste in the next year, day by day, starting today. Don't think about the hypothetical mythological profits you'll miss out on next year, just collect the funds;
Orbit as well as any other Russian-owned "business" in that sphere has different ethics and you'll lose the money anyway.
- Cool your Mind from psychological burdens (debt status etc, you already have built a plan for contributions/installments from work income, sales, cutting non-vital spending etc), stay away from the "need-to-do-wager-otherwise-missed-miracles" status, etc. Collect those Bucks every day and closely observe the temptation to waste them;
- Read and re-read the Portal very carefully:
portal/betting-academy/
- Read and re-read all that wonderful Forum carefully next year;
- Build your strategies, test these "on paper" and NOT in real life;
- See how many Bucks you've collected after a year. On the one hand, you have paid back the debt, on the other hand, you have overcome the gamble approach and think like an Investor, and as a real bonus, you've gathered a starting capital during that year.
- Come here again next year to discuss different points of view as Colleagues
Just my 2 cents.

Re: Orbit Suspended My Account (Horse Racing Betting)
It’s all about the feeling, if you are in debt from gambling you should only making arbs , listen the statistics, only a small % wins on long term, being a gambler and a winner in the same time you need to learn about feelings e money management…gambling can be addictive mostly if you have in mind you have a need for money quickly, lot of people who got stuck on gambling is the people who refuses to loose a bet even small amount, and chase that losses making bets all night long trying to recover no matter what….if you see this pattern on your betting last months, just quit.
The markets don’t have a clue if you lost or win a bet.
See the losses like a vehicle to get profits.
Apart from that maybe you had unlucky orbit suspending your account see that like a signal to leave the gambling world.

Re: Orbit Suspended My Account (Horse Racing Betting)
"There are Twitter accounts that only give predictions for high-odds horses and they are quite successful." Yet two lines earlier in the post you said you were a loser on high odds bets. Obviously high odds bets have a huge variance, but your own situation is 'real' and whatever 'proof' the touts provide saying they are "quite successful" are almost certainly bogus. Trust me, in the long run you cannot make money on high odds horse bets. Review the 'favorte-longshot' paradox, there are several articles on it. High odds horse bets are horrible in the long run, even on an exchange.
The key question here is did they suspend your account with a positive balance? If they are insistent on removing 4500 , you should get a reason why.

They once mentioned that I hadn't completed the turnover. However, the money I deposited was 1000€ and they said that they didn't count dutcihg bets made in more than one market in the same race. However, when I examined the rules, I couldn't see any text stating whether this was prohibited or not. Since the lay section was closed and I couldn't sell, I had changed my mind and bet on more than one horse. Sometimes, I even preferred 8 horses in crowded races where 24-28 horses participated.
Asianconnect only tells me that the review is ongoing and doesn't give me any other information. Frankly, is the problem caused by me hitting high odds or dutching, or taking part-time bets on the same horse as winner, place 2, place 3, place 4? I have no idea about any of these. I just wrote my own thoughts in the subject title.

Yes, when I examined my own statistics, I realized that I was losing money in high-odds bets. I don't have a profit over 20 odds in the long term.James Ravazzolo wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 6:02 pm"There are Twitter accounts that only give predictions for high-odds horses and they are quite successful."
