Is there anyone trading there?
As you know, the interface was recently updated. And it would be better if they didn't do it, imho they only ruined it. New betslip is terrible.
There is no benefit from the changes. But now when you have a lot of unmatched bets in betslip, it causes strong lags.I think it's because they removed the filter "current event " in unmatched bets.Because of this, all bets are loaded every time you open them and cause lags, especially if there are more than 100 of them.

Just check. Maybe no one trades like me, and only trades one market, but if you make a lot of bets, it is guaranteed to lag. Or am I doing something wrong? Everything worked fine before the update

I was not happy with the change, but have gotten used to it. I only make a single bet per horse race (in play), very different from your situation. I have had a few situations where I seemingly make a bet but absolutely nothing shows up on the screen for up to 15 seconds - I dont know if I have the bet or not. And for in-play, the ability to cancel an unmatched bet at any point is very important. Without anything displayed, I cannot cancel. Nor do I know if I got matched for what would have been a winning bet. Its very troubling, but is rare and I assume is random. Overall I'm quite satisfied with Orbit, it does not 'get in the way' in what I'm trying to accomplish.

I agree with you. The previous betslip was much more user friendly than the new one. Another annoying thing is that if you cancel the bet orbit keeps showing you this bet in the betslip just changing the status of the bet from unmatched to cancelled instead of simply removing it from the betslip. Why do I need to see my canceled bets in the betslip? I want them to be removed from the betslip after cancelling.

also, yesterday i lost money because a bet was matched and it was not shown at all, not even in the P/L of the market.
so i thought it was unmatched, i was on hurry (in play) and i placed another one at the new odds. then, few seconds later the P/L shown both matched.
result: i had 2 stakes on sharp side of the arb and 1 on the soft side, obviously the odds went against the sharp side.

Yes, I have the same problem. A lot of bets loaded every time and among them cancelled bets too .
Why did they do this? Why did they make it so that all bets are loaded on the left in each market and it is impossible to turn it off in any way? This causes the site to freeze. Perhaps it is worth buying a more powerful RAM, but I am not sure that will help, it is probably the site. It is as if the employees were given a budget and told to come up with something and they did it as it was necessary to give some result. It would be better not to change anything.

Maybe this is because website also updates slowly when there are bets in betslip?
Therefore, the result of trading is not always immediately visible.
In my case it gets to the point of being ridiculous. I have to log out of my account to check all pre-match bets (so that the betslip doesn't load) and then I quickly look and write down on a piece of paper which bet needs to be changed or even deleted.With betslip open, each page takes to half a minute to load.

It seems that this was done intentionally. So that those who know how to make a profit do not trade on the site, but only "noobs" poking around in 1-2 markets.Programmers couldn't make such mistakes.There was no point in changing to the new version, the old version was optimal and familiar.

Aaaaand lades and gentlemen my account has been suspended without reasons, some minutes after i requested a withdraw through the agent.

Very strange. No reason given?
Have you withdrawn funds before and if it's not a secret, how much did you try to withdraw? Full bank or not?

Despite some problems, the company is quite reputable and has not been noticed in scams before.Maybe you just entered your password incorrectly three times and your account was suspended.


I hope you have a recording of the screen that the account belonged to you. I always do just in case.
