Orbitix investigation - Milojevic Moraing tennis game

Fri Jul 26, 2024 8:22 am

Hello everyone

Orbitix opened an investigation on the tennis game Milojevic-Moraing dated 11/08/2022

Bia and Asia Connect frozen the accounts of all players on that game. Maximum duration of the investigation has always been indicated in 12/24 months. The 24 months end in 2 weeks and I personally received no updates yet.

There was already a post on the topic here which can t be found anymore, that s why I m opening a new one.

Anyone has some information?

Thank you

Two years? :o What a bullshit not a timeframe. Why not 5 years? This is a pure attempt to "legally" steal money not any idiotic "investigation". What they can do over two years, these bastards called orbit should be simply banned for shady stuff they do. Two years investigation, hell yeah, Im rolling on the floor laughing, you wont see your money for sure, forget it.

Both BIA and AsianConnect wrote the investigation could last up to 12 or 24 months

Some experts here said investigation might be complex. The point is that the 24 month ends 11 August 2024 so in 2 weeks and I have not received a solution or any concrete updates yet

That s the reason I m trying to understand here if anyone have some info as many players in that game with I think same situation.

But now the time of 24 months iis ending and should ve been long enough to solve the issue

This is why I would use a licensed exchange like betfair, betdaq etc if I had the chance, I dont care about how high their commission is

Man, Ive been using Betfair since ages, A LOT, and never ever experienced any "investigation". How on earth Betfair is fine with these games and those scumbags has to "investigate" so often (not even talking about 2 years)? And even if, what on earth they need to do 2 years ffs? You would walk all the europe by foot to speak with every single people involved that time if you like. You buy their dodgy "complex"? Yeah they need to steal your money in complex way, the only reason it takes that long is they dont have a clue what to do and they know the legally can hide behind "investigation" so you can fuck off nothing else.

This is same bullshit as source of wealth and stuff, they now plenty of sharps out there, dont like loosing money so they grab every single way to legally confiscate money. Disgusting behaviour and should not be tolerated in our industry. Cmon, list me what EXACTLY they need to do what they mean as "complex" >:(

Fully agree with you

24 months looks far way too long time and not reasonable but that s what they (AsianConnect and BIA) always mentioned in writing as maximum duration for the investigation, over the last two years

And the 24 months ends coming 11 August, so in 2 weeks more or less

I m trying to stick to facts as always described by Asian Connect and BIA (24 months now ending) to gather info here as lot of players were in same situation for that game and see if together we can be stronger and find a solution

Thanks

Hope anyone else had bets there but in Betfair. You would find out if Betfair had any issues. If not, you can always write to Asian Connect asking what the hell if Betfair is fine and they need to "investigate" that long. No hope that would change anything but always worth to try so they know you wont give up

let s see if any info

I m keeping writing regularly to both Asian Connect and BIA and claiming they always refered to 24 months as maximum period, always in a calm and polite way as it is useless to raise tones, but it s important to show there is no give up on this side

The statute of limitations in the EU is 6 years.
I hate to upset you, but your funds may be frozen for this period. :(
