Recently, Pinnacle has been unfairly using the danger zone in live tennis betting. This happens at almost all tennis matches, except for ITF. At the moment, the information is valid for all matches where there is no "sets" label next to the names of the players on the main site. So if you don't believe me, you can check it yourself.
As it is known, if score changes during the danger zone, all bets must be canceled. Now, if score has changed before the end of the danger zone, Pinnacle accepts all bets on the player who lost a point and cancels all bets on the player who wins a point.
You can bet on the server to win a game/set/game handicap, then on the returner, and if the server wins a point relatively quickly, it is known in advance that Pinnacle will accept only the second bet, despite the fact that it was made later.
In some cases, Pinnacle accepts all bets if odds do not change much after score is changed.
The same way it works at Sportmarket, PS3838, Pinnacle888 and presumably any other places where Pinnacle is present.
To prove my words, I recorded several videos.

Re: Pinnacle cheating by using the danger zone
What a blatant scam lol.
After scamming with dangerzone situations on football (where your OVER bet is in "dangerzone" standby situation for even more than a minute) ,while your UNDER bet is instantly accepted despite what is happening in the match) , now there is this dangerzone scam in tennis too.
Thank you for raising awareness regarding this to us bettors.

Re: Pinnacle cheating by using the danger zone
One way to avoid these problems is to bet between games and sets (e.g., at changeovers). In that case, there are normally no problems with the danger zone. Of course, this is a different approach from that shown in the videos in your links.Disarray wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2025 11:16 amRecently, Pinnacle has been unfairly using the danger zone in live tennis betting. Re: Pinnacle cheating by using the danger zone
Bookies are using all sort of shit to maximise their profits, unbelievable.
Now Unibet and Bet365 started logging me out every other minute too, like Piwi.
And i add something more: on Betfair (not the .com, the local one in my country) there are bots who during In-play take all the money at convenient odds WITHOUT the seconds of delay that all other users have, and arb with the odds on the .com.
I observed the behaviour of the bots for long time and i have no doubts, Bet(UN)fair is arbing its own markets against its own customers.
This is a huge conflict of interest, should be illegal and in a normal situation would be a scandal, but nobody complains about it.

Re: Pinnacle cheating by using the danger zone
Let me ask, has anyone from the site administration contacted Pinnacle after the topic was published? The thing is that about an hour after this topic was published, Pinnacle disabled all odds on ATP and WTA matches and half an hour later launched matches with a fair danger zone.
For the first time since January 7, the danger zone on all matches worked correctly. Strange coincidence, so I decided to ask. But after a couple hours and up to this point there were no matches with a fair danger zone again.

No, we did not alert Pinnacle or any of their assistants. No call for that.
But they too read the forum.

Re: Pinnacle cheating by using the danger zone
The first time I contacted support with this problem was late last year. They simply referred to general betting rule 19: All bets will be accepted or rejected purely at Pinnacle's discretion. In-Play bets may be subject to a short delay before they are accepted and/or they will be kept pending during dangerous situations at Pinnacle’s discretion.
On February 9, I tried to contact them again. Perhaps this time I was better able to explain the problem. The support told me that according to the decision of the relevant department, their team is reviewing the behavior of their live tennis bet acceptance algorithm.
Since then they haven't replied yet, but we'll see what happens.

Re: Pinnacle cheating by using the danger zone
Looks like they fixed the algorithm. I have made several dozen bets in the last couple of days and have not noticed any unfair actions on the part of Pinnacle.
