Thank you to the admin for allowing me to post this.
I am one of the co-developers behind POD, some of you may have already had some communication with me as i am aware that a portion of our current user are also members of this forum.

I'd like to start a thread in order to centralise user feedback. We are most interested about what you as the user want us to add/improve next on the platform and this seem like the ideal environment to gather these user insights.

The software does what it says on the tin, it alerts users to drops in Pinnacle's odds so that the user can take advantage of bookmakers who are slow to adjust their odds.
My co-founder and I found that traditional alert services (RebelBetting, BetBurger etc..) were doing a good job at providing +EV bets but they become completely obsolete once you were ,inevitably, limited on the bookmakers that they covered. We figured that we needed a tool that allowed you to find value bets on any bookmaker that was available in your country so that the value betting journey could continue and so POD was born.

The software is still in its infancy but we have every intention of continuing to work on it for years to come.

Is this a new software? I would like to try it, after the trial how much is the cost?

Do you save your old data, the tracking of the odds? Is this accessible, too? I actually do like the look of your app/website.

Yes this is a new software about two months old. After the trial it is £34/month.

Unfortunately we do not save data past 24 hours as the cost of this would be crazy with the amount of data we are dealing with.
Once we have enough scale where this becomes economically viable we will start to store data past 24 hours.

Would an extended history be of a lot of use to you and if so how far back do you want the data to span.

Sorry about that. Sometimes you have to input your email twice in order to receive a link. This part of the experience is far from optimised, product development has been our main focus.

v.062 live: Fine-Tune Alerts Using the Limit Filter


Limit filters are now available on POD. You are able to set a range between which alerts will be received.

One thing to point out is that the limit is taken from the last known value. So if you filter is set to a range of $100 - $1500 then a drop in odds that is concurrent with a change in limit from $95 - $ 120 will fall within your range and therefore a drop alert will be received.

Pinnacle's limit indicates their confidence in the pricing of their line so it is a particularly important data point and that is why we have prioritised adding this filter.

Overview

Users are now able to specify which competitions they want to receive dropping odds alerts for with the new competition filter found in the configure alerts menu.

In October we sent a proposed product roadmap and a form that gave all POD members the chance to vote for three features that they wanted us to prioritise. The results showed that 55.9% of you wanted us to prioritise the competition filter so based on these results we went ahead and started development.

Before this update users would receive alerts for drops in competitions that they either didn't have the ability to bet on (because none of their bookmakers had a market for it) or just because they didn't want to bet on certain competitions. This update should fix that by allowing you to focus in on the competitions that are of interest to you personally.

How it works

-You have two options when setting the filter; include or exclude.

- Below those options is a textbox where you will type in the names of the competitions that you either want to include or exclude

-If the textbox is left blank then all competitions will be included by default

-Separate competitions using a comma (e.g. "Premier League, Champions League")

-The filter is not case sensitive (e.g. italy and ITaLy are treated the same)

-The filter matches competition names containing the text you specify. For instance, if you set it to "Premier" it will match competitions like "England - Premier League" and "Northern Ireland - Premiership"

-You can be as specific or as general as you like for example "a, b" will match all competitions with either an "a" or a "b" in their name

-The textbox is expandable by dragging the bottom right hand corner down



Important Information

-If you include a list of competitions and none of them match with any competitions in our database then you will not receive any dropping odds alerts

-If you are not receiving alerts for a competition that you think you have included or are still receiving alerts for a competition that you think you have excluded then go back and check your spelling

Example

If you wanted to include/exclude the "Champions League" here are some ways you can do that in the textbox (not all of the ways);
-"Champ"
-"cHamPioNS"
-"Champions lea"
-"champions league"
-"league"
-"lea"
-"ions"

These ways would not work;
-"Champions league group stage"
-"league champions"
-"champion s league"
-"champion's league"
-"champions laegue"

Overview

Users are now able to choose between American and decimal odds on the POD platform.

This has been a a frequently requested feature from the American contingent of our user base so we are happy to launch it.

How it Works

On the top of your screen you will find a drop down menu where you can select either American or decimal odds.

All odds will be displayed in the events and alerts tab in the format that you selected.

One small thing is that the odds range filter in the alerts configuration menu will still need to be set in decimal odds but we plan on changing that soon.
