Take the advise of the boss here.
If you cant read within the lines he is trying to say go the legal path and then ask for more publicity. If you pursue the case in a legal way people will assume that you are right. If you go to every forum and start saying bad things about them people will believe that you are trying to defame and blackmail them.
We see cases like this every day.

This really does not look good. Together with other stories about pinnacle having cancelled bets for no reason (wrong odds - come on!) this reminds me very intensively that credit and operational risk is THE main risk in arbing. Nearly all major losses I have incurred have been credit losses or outright fraud (melbet / 1xbet). No company (obviously not even pinnacle) is safe from doing things like that or disappearing from one day to the next. Having read all that above and the stories about cancelled bets I today have reduced my exposure with pinnacle immediately. Luckily, it took only a few minutes and the money is already on my skrill account. Why should anyone leave more money than neccessary there?

I also think that posting your problem on as many forums and blogs as possible and sending them links to these posts together with a deadline for returning your money and the threath of suing them gives you a small chance of not having to really sue them. I, however, personally would not hesitate to sue them for 30k of stolen money. Chances are good that you will win this or they return your money after a letter from your lawyer.

I keep fingers crossed for you. This is definitively a no-go!

Bookies gone grazy these days. I'm sure they will discourage many arbers(I guess not a case for Pin), but also many "real" customers who won't trust in this online industry anymore.

That list looks completely normal but like Arbusers said, if you could share the full list maybe we can try to spot if there's any known anomaly.

I believe that at this point or in a close future, Pinnacle's representative needs to step up and clarify what is going on. Be it here or on SBR when you start that thread (please link us to it when you do).

Of course even if they do they won't give away all the information, but they have to at least shed some light into this as it's very strange. Should they not do this, many of us might leave their service.

I, for one, will immediately reduce my current balance with them until this is clarified.

Yeah, bookies just in an absolutely incredible manner just do whatever the hell they want. It neves ceases to amaze me, that we continue getting theft after theft after theft (not by pinnacle, this would be the first pinnacle "direct theft" case that I know of, unless they provide a very good explanation for this).

That's so right tomtom70... my biggest losses are the same, and no company is free from doing that. That's why as soon as we get these kind of signals, like non-payments and unreasonable void bets (which I've had a few recently in pinnacle), I believe the time to reduce our balance there has definitely come and we'll see if it will even become a total no go.

This all is a shame. I think it's fair to state that we all love pinnacle, that is, if they act like the reputable bookmakers they always have been.

You are opening many subjects within 1 post Tomtom.
There are people considering Pinnacle even safer than a bank. You can ask our Greek and greek Cypriot friends who saved fortunes because of Pinnacle.
In addition there are people who would prefer to keep their money there instead of e-wallets for obvious reasons. I would say betfair also is considered a bank for many. So this is a reason to keep more money than necessary with Pinnacle.

You cant threaten anyone and you cant ask for a deadline or...
This could be taken as a blackmail or a threat. Dont you think?
But, what if a lawyer asks them directly what the case is? And he then politely asks for the money?
No-one would take that as a blackmail or a threat and as our K9 neopas (who has been attacked with no real reason from many members in the past) mentioned above you could go with publicity as your lawyer goes.
But before moving to that step, Balcanbettor should study how the Maltese system works and see if he has chances on his side.
In addition, maybe someone should study what is the real connection between Pinbet and Pinnaclesports and then clarify who is creating the problem for Balcanbettor. That is another important question.

As previously said
Arbusers wrote: I m noticing a lot of complaints lately. My guess is that there must be something going on, on a managerial level.
but also have to stress that Pinnacle is Pinnacle and I have huge huge respect for them and at no point I can advise anyone to reduce action or balances with them.

The screenshots that i have atached are the only proves of my bets i will add a few more here.

I will try to find where i have made the corelated bets but i dont have the full betting list on pinacle so it might be hard to do that .. but i don't even believe the problem is in my bets but it is worth trying.  Everything about their terms and conditions confuses me even more i have read it even with a lawyer from my country , but since he never had even close to a case like mine he wasnt very promising i quited immediatly and tried to figure out myself if i have done anything against their rules.. I actually took the advice of forums about using pinnacle as a cover bookmaker i liked the tennis handicap options they have nd i was even suprised by how fast they accept bets , seems like good story gone bad :)) . Anyway i don't think i am brave enough to go to Malta with a lawyer against pinny...

I don't agree on the publicity-thing.  Pinnacle confiscates money without (as far as we know) a valid reason, and refuses to say why. Organizations like SBR (I saw the OP had filed a complaint) do know people there and can check. The more outrage, the more likely the chance SBR and the likes will try to play a role to get good PR, and the more likely Pinnacle will have to offer some explanation.

Mind you, if the OP does have something to hide, he should definitely NOT seek attention, but if that's not the case, what has he got to lose.

Suing a book in another jurisdiction is super-expensive,  super time-intensive (how to do it, which lawayers) and takes an enormous amount of time.  by the time the OP has done that, nobody will still care about this at all.

I agree the OP shouldn't threathen Pinnacle, or use defamatory language, but seems like OP is a reasonable guy, who knows how to write something down in a civilized manner. I really don't see what he's got to lose.

A lawyer in your country has absolutely nothing to offer to you. Don't go this way. A notary in your country will be a great help unless lawyers and notaries are the same thing. I know in some countries it is the same thing.
If you don't have the complete list of bets don't go for it as there will always be a doubt.
In your shoes, I wouldn't let it go as the amount of money is significant.
If you are determined not to follow neopas' suggestions... as vinciguerra suggested, if you keep the language civilised you have nothing to lose by going elsewhere too. SBR is a forum where much attention on Pinnacle is paid, so you might win something there.

OP, you mentioned earlier that it was mostly straight bets, but now you said that you've been using it as cover bookmaker. Which one is it? Or did I misunderstand?

Either way, both are valid options and no money should be confiscated from you. But you should get your facts clear in order not to confuse anyone. Bear in mind that when a story like this comes up about a bookmaker we all trust, like is pinnacle's case, first thing that will happen is that you will be doubted, and ony after you've been subject to scrutiny will the bookmaker be doubted... as they have a very good reputation (though not so great lately imo, but anyway).

btw, I'm totally on your side, provided all you're telling us is the complete truth. Just mentioning that it's always better to be 100% clear.

I don't like threads like this. I hope there will have happy ending.

Does it mean there is two registered companies? Good to know that.

Just wonder, if someone player would be (and playing) from USA, that PinBet could act like that ( froze balance and return initial depo) with that reasson?

I am trying my best with my english trust me :D . I said mostly straight bets and i meant it. I am accepting  bets from local players and i found pinacle as very usefull to cover my bets with the wide offers they have on live tennis. I completely understand what you are saying i was very sceptic about whether someone will understand me seriosly just because it was about pinnacle and they are huge.. I am not trying to get fans here neither haters of pinnacle it is just i need a solution in a situation like this. Do u think that  i should once again contact pinacle first to ask for the reason of my account closure ? Would it be pointless to try to politely ask if they can give me any clue what I did wrong ?

You have nothing to lose by trying once again, but my guess is that if you receive any answer, it will be copied and pasted from the answers you already received.

Agreed, nothing to lose but unlikey to win anything.

Thank you for clarifying that Balcanbettor.
