Worth to mention that Casinomeister issued a warning against Pinnacle few months ago due to the fact they don't discuss player complaints with 3rd parties.

Unless there is any 3rd party whereas Pinnacle discuss player complaints, I am afraid that you have to search for a legal advice from Maltese lawyer. 30k is big amount of money, still can't believe that they close your account with no specific reason given

After seeing all the posts today im not feeling any better about having a large balance at Pinny, but a couple of things have got my attention.
The OP laying off 3rd party live bets could suggest courtsiding, being at the game etc (unfair advantage)
And the fact 3rd parties are involved is a bit of a red flag.
Even with the above, if a book takes the bet, they should pay the bet. Whether the bet has been placed by the client as a result of them taking a bet via a 3rd party and the client is laying off with Pinny is of no concern to them as far as im concerned. Inplay delays/danger zones etc are supposed to cover books against unfair advantage arnt they?
If the OP is legit, then if they dont pay it needs to be plastered all over the internet IMO.

I just get why courtsiding is bad. You can always make time lag to kill all courtsiding events. Very confusing problem to be 2018

Ofcourse I wont go without action and there is no point of replying to everyone that I am not hiding anything , it might be somethin that i am don't know that i have done wrong ... It definitly is not about the way of my betting , neither the courtsiding theory .. I am not the only one using Pinnacle in my area it is a famous bookie here although i havent heard that any1 had problem... I did quit for a while because i knew that the only option is to go for the ''legal way'' in Malta and i don't know if i am ready for such step , its different country different laws , don't know any1 there.. i simply dont know where to start ... I will start posting on forums probably that seems like a good idea to get their atention. I did a email yesterday , they didn't respond yet . I will keep everyone here informed. Trust me it bothers me even more , where i live that amount is life chaning money.

Balcanbettor, only for educational reasons. Could you tell us did you use this account only from 1 PC and 1 IP, or were there logins from several places.
Pinnacle never had problems with multiple logins from different computers and IP but you never know how things are changing.

Yes i was playing from my lap top and mobile . So i definitly used many different Ip because i used mobile data and different wifi while bettin from the phone.. But pinnacle doesnt alow multiple logins , when you log in from another place you get loged out from the first one.. Dunno that might be also the problem I recieved an email
