Did you ever deposit through bitcoin or ANY other deposit method than the method you are now trying to withdraw with?

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago.  The problem was I made a small (2.5k) bitcoin deposit to try it out when they first started accepting that form of payment.  I had always been depositing and withdrawing through Neteller.  When I wanted to withdraw 15k through Neteller, they simply cancelled the withdrawal every time.  I finally figured out I first had to withdraw the 2.5k through bitcoin (2 withdrawals as the max is 2k so it cost me 2 withdrawals and the fee that 2nd time) and only then they would honour my larger Neteller withdrawal (another 15€ fee).

Maybe you have a similar problem without realising it.

i contacted them from my wife pin account concerning my case, they answer:

Dear Client,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kindly ask your your husband to check the spam and junk folder of his email account. He/you may also want to check his inbox/email settings and make sure that he is receiving emails.

You may also try sending him a test email just to make sure that his email/inbox is good.

my email work good, me and pin sent a lot of email until april. im trying to contact them with an other email but if this email is not registered to them i think they ignore it

yes it is be possible but without recieving answer from them i cannot be sure that it can be the real problem

So Francesco, did you deposit any Bitcoin there and if yes how much?
As far as it concerns the spam folders (I doubt this is the case with Pinnacle) you should look if your e-mail provider is blacklisting Pinnacle.

Also add the Pinnacle email address to your contacts in gmail.
You could create a gmail filter, when you could check a box to never become spam the email.

problem solved after changing the email, there was no blockage to my account but only the rollover to complete to ask for a withdraw. I apologize to all of you but not receiving their emails I panicked.

I have a similar problem with Pinnacle.
First I have to say it's really a small amount of money so it doesn't bothers me much but only thanks to luck because I offload my account few days before on the world Cup. If the game ended otherwise I could have ended up with substantial sum (for me) on Pinnacle without possibility to use it. I'm dissapointed that for now I can't use Pinnacle.

On the 1st of July they sent me an email saying that my funds are non playable and can't be withdrawn until I send them signed statement and proof of income.
On the document which I signed and sent back to them  was example what is acceptable as proof. One of the things clearly stated was Bank savings account.
I sent them Bank Statement dated on the beginning of this year. After some time they replied they need  one that is not older than 3 months.
I sent them the new one dated on July. They replied that they cannot from my bank statement clearly see where my incomes comes from.
I wouldn't call that arb friendly bookmaker.
They did not leave me any time to withdraw money before stopping account.
They did not accept reasonable evidence (in my point of view) where my money came from. And to add on, my last cash deposit to Pinnacle and Netteler was long ago, so to ask for proof for this year makes no sense.

I wrote this post just as a warning for those as myself who live or lived from arbing and betting and can't really prove how did they earn they money.

and my question is this,

can someone be a professional gambler or bettor besides arber.

I was arguing this with some collegues, so professionals out there make good money betting, i mean straight betting. The built up office and does it like forex trading and so on, so why wont that suffice. Or is there ARBING marked on the bets placed because it is the same as an ordinary bet.

Is it legal that bookies ask for Neteller/Skrill transaction history? I see this is typical when they suspect someone is using others ID to arb or bonus abuse.

Not only that. I have been asked my Skrill history by a bookmaker, and since I received money from someone also, also their transaction history. How can a bookmaker ask for information from another person? Doesn't that go against the most basic data protection laws? How am I supposed to have access to an account that is not mine?

And they won't pay me until I show them this information, of course.

Absolutely beyond outrageous, DW. Things are only getting worse. The betting scene needs some SERIOUS regulation urgently. To begin with, it's unacceptable to get asked for tons of documents upon withdrawal requests. Bookmakers should be forced by law to ask everybody for the same documents upon account registration or first deposit, and then let the customer deposit and withdraw at will. Ask everybody the same, not just make winner's lives impossible... Then we'd see if they really want to go asking for proof of income, ewallet movements, etc, to all the losers that want to register...

I guess for anything to change this has to be raised to public opinion in some way, or reported to data privacy / data protection agencies or regulators. If many of us do so, it might mean a change at some point.

They simply cant ask for transaction history of another person, thats just absurd.  Just say he refused, as would any sane person.
