Anyone else got voided bets on Karabukspor v Karsiyaka match?
2 of mine got voided, but one still stands. Would be interesting to see their messages about what time was the incorrect line provided.
All bets taken on [Total] from 10/17/2015 6:00:42 AM to 10/17/2015 6:06:50 AM have been voided
All bets taken on [Total] from 10/17/2015 6:08:59 AM to 10/17/2015 6:16:40 AM have been voided

The one that stands was placed few seconds before 6:00:48 as I immediately covered this bet on b365 on that time.

Hello guys! Do you know where does pinny take live feed from? I mean the thing that shows if there is a corner kick or a dangerous zone beacause last days the feed of Bet365 is not so accurate! Thank you in advance!

True, but after a game being offline for like 10mins pinnystyle, sometimes they open with a unique line in euro basketball compared to the softbooks. What bugs me though is that i cannot figure who is the sharp in live euro basketball, handball, volley etc. that pinny don't cover. Good luck with your eventual findings anyways.

[Tennis] [ATP Challenger Guayaquil - QF] [Match] Andres Molteni vs Nicolas Kicker. Your bet with ticket-ID: xxx has been refunded. All bets taken have been refunded due to the following reason: [Abnormal and suspicious betting activity has been detected for this event. All wagers from all customers have been cancelled. This action is taken very rarely and is for the protection of all our customers.] . Thank you!

Anyone have received something like that ever?

I have received the reason several times regarding esports cases. But I have never done regarding other sports cases. Pinnacle also makes easy mistakes in bet settlement sometimes.

I got the same thing, arber_PL, and it sucks. It seems that it was a fixed match, but I understand that you, like me, were just arbing and nothing else. In such cases Pinnacle should totally chase match fixers (people making bets repeatedly, etc) and not arbers like us. I am currently exchanging emails with them to make my point clear and see how they get away with this.

How can they know for sure that you matched it off? Even if you can prove it to them, which losing bet will they choose not to refund in order to not take the loss personally?

Surely a blanket refund of all winning and losing bets is the only fair move from Pinnacle, (I bet you've been refunded a losing bet or 2 in your time and not complained) and in fact this perhaps IS one of the best ways to discourage match fixers.

Wouldn't you normally end up with the high odd/losing side in Pinny if you were arbing this and actually be profiting from the void?

Not accusing, just confused...

Alfa, the winning side was in pinnacle and it was voided. The losing side was in a softbook and the loss stood.

Gamblers Ruin, you have a good point there. It might even be a GOOD way to discourage match fixers, I agree. But if they want to do the BEST for their customers and not just the GOOD, however, and considering they are so smart, they could have a better profiling of their customers and know that I never play funny games, just regular arbing. They also would know that match fixers don't place a single bet like I did, they just pounce repeateadly since they know (99%?) they are gonna win. Finally, I could send them the losing bet in the soft side where they could see that the amount matches perfectly to that in pinnie, and that there's a positive return, so just a regular arb.

Taking all of this into account it is pretty clear that I am not cheating or doing nothing strange. Can't deny it. However, I do understand that customer profiling or whatever efforts pinnie would need to do to identify cheaters, ban them and be fair to everybody, is far more effort than doing nothing and just voiding everything. Which might be a GOOD decision, but not BEST imo: customers need to know that if they bet in pinnacle, bets will stand.

Finally, let me state that it's pretty clear who's fixing and who's not, or doing silly strange things, you don't need to be part Pinnacle-genius-staff to see that my bet was just an arb :)

Does seem it bit harsh from Pinny.  If someone repeatedly hit the max over and over then yes, but 1 bet should not be voided from a regular client who can provide proof of covering the losing side at another book.

That's exactly my point, thank you dealer wins ;)

For the time being Pinnacle's replies to my requests for further information have been copy & paste. Should anyone (perhaps Arbusers? or someone else?) be in the position to intercede for us with Pinnacle and explain them things shouldn't be this way, it would be greatly appreciated. Moreover, it could even set a good precedent for all the arbing community. We do not cheat.
