First of all I dont see a single reason for any addictional protection as bookmaker wont/should not allow to withdraw funds to account different to set up when registerd. Again I dont see a single reason for anyone to hack bookie account if they got no chance to withdraw funds. Considering the fact that in such circumstances, from what I read, bookies refuse to provide IP of a person logging in and considering the fact such bookie got shady behaviour reported I would rather say it is a bookie clearing player account than anyone else.

In these days bookies require multiple KYC procedures and suddenly someone may withdraw funds from hacked account? yeah sure...

Piwi is well informed about the need of a 2FA feature and I am lobbying hard towards this direction just like I did with Orbit.

Implementation should really not take this long if a company seriously considers implementing this essential security measure.

Yesterday i am 99,99% that i had a winning bet being removed from PiwiXchange.

I placed a bet on over 2.5 for a price 4.20 at 85th minute, saw my bet being matched 1 minutes later. Goal scored at 94th minute and i was instant locked out and my bet was nowhere to be found.

Obviously can't prove anything and really hope it was my mistake but i am afraid i am not.

I am noticing a pattern with Piwi247. This goes on for years now.

Phase 1. It starts well, and it provides an excellent service for a certain period of time. Players are happy with the limits, the markets, the odds, the liquidity and the overall service.

Phase 2. Then Piwi247 gets ill and the quality of service and the over-all experience goes down the hill. Bettors get discourage and in the end they leave for more stable products.

Then the cycle repeats. Now I believe we see the beginning of the 2nd phase.

The 2FA feature is not a defence against fund passers. Fund passers will not care less about the 2FA. It is a defence for the placement of unauthorised bets.

Over the years, dozens of cases were reported in our forum and elsewhere, when unauthorised bets were placed in Orbit accounts having as a result the liquidation of the previous balance. None of these cases happened to any referred by arbusers member, and this is food for thought.
Then we lobbied very hard and we were successful to persuade many actors for the 2FA feature in Orbit. Suddenly, one of our referred members in AsianConnect who activated the 2FA feature, noticed the same pattern of unauthorised bets. We alerted AC immediately, and they consulted internally with other enabled parties. Funds were returned to the legitimate owner as no excuse would stand after the activation of a 2FA. We are very proud of it.

I know I m repetitive. Get referred by arbusers, enable the fuck.n 2FA shi.t, be responsible with your own money, maintain a healthy profile, and things will go well.

Seems to me like they simply just scammed you.

Small bet yes but scam remains a scam.

There is always "first one", first one scammed, first one cheated then it may get snowballed. Most "popular" scamming soft bookie here didnt start from scamming 1000 people at once, one didnt get payed, another got forced to send documents over and over again forever.

Again, Piwi isnt an exchange like Betfair so I wouldnt be surprised if they scam people. And dont really care if they did or not: enough for me what is reported here so I wouldnt risk any money there. Better safe than sorry.
