huh... at the end of April I had to withdraw everything from Oribtx (AC) and took the decision to withdraw everything to my Binance account. Looks like it was a good move, I didn't trust Piwi.

But now we can use Orbit again with AC? Weird, would be great to know what exactly is going on.

I don't see the point of waiting after AC until they sort out their issues. Orbit is working perfectly fine with other brokers... Try BA or BF

Hello, I was using PIWI exchange some months until it crashed, before this Piwi sent me 4 mails with info that after one week Exchange will be available again, so I did not withdraw my funds (near 500euros).After crash, I they wrote me that they won't withdraw my funds until verifying my KYC, so on the beginning of June I've sent my docs to they support mail, nothing happened. In the middle of June they wrote me to send my KYC docs via their PIWI site, so I did it. From that time, it's 19th day and my KYC needs further verification but nothing happens. I have blocked funds, they don't want do verify my KYC so my withdrawal is blocked as well

I think piwi is not an independent agency, but I didn't want to write in more detail without being sure.

Piwi247 is just a product among others. Why limit your self using only Piwi when you can jump to another agent and have the total range of products (including Piwi)?
I see no reason staying there unless you know something I don't. Search for the next agent, if you want to have Piwi247 too, that should be AsianConnect.

Of course, you can never be sure about any niche someone could find, but it seems to me the majority of our members prefer Orbit Exchange for their business.

Hi,

I gave PIWI247 a try and can provide some information for other users or anyone potentially interested:
1- I placed and won two lay bets on the Exchange, and noticed that the commission was actually 3%, rather than the 2.5% which is advertised. I'm happy to post screenshots if requested. I actually asked them about this discrepancy but haven't obtained a reply yet.

2- The KYC software is not very forgiving, I lost my two chances at confirming my identity (the selfie part can be difficult on a webcam for people with glasses who have to remove them, and the software is very quick and unforgiving if you don't react fast or properly). Probably most people will do this on a smartphone and not have the same problems I had, but just FYI: I was told that they would only manually complete the KYC once I made a turnover of one time my deposit. This is not a major problem for me, except that I would have been ready to deposit more but will wait until I'm verified. Maybe it's a good opportunity to see if I can trust them before investing more money.

3- In general, the website lacks the polished look of more established bookmakers, and I find it strange that one can only deposit via bitcoin or Skrill/Neteller to what seems to be a personal email address. Having said that, I was able to deposit quickly using BTC, and the exchange runs smoothly in my experience so far, for both back and lay bets (I'm mainly interested in the exchange given that I already have a Pinnacle clone account).

4- To answer a comment above, one possible advantage of PIWI247 over Orbit Exchange is that one can register directly with PIWI247, without going through an agent (this is not the case with Orbit, unless I'm mistaken).

anyone using the pinnacle side of piwi247, can you confirm what the limits are like? Some messages here from a few months ago suggested they were only a few euros?
