Hello, I recently had a bad experience with both Playbetr and Betcoin.ag and would like to share my story.

On January 3rd, 2023, I requested a withdrawal of my funds from Playbetr, which included a total amount of 0.85 BTC (deposits + profits). However, soon after making the request, my account was blocked by Playbetr for no apparent reason. They sent me an email claiming that I had engaged in fraudulent activities, but provided no evidence or explanation for their decision. The email also stated that they had the right to terminate my account and suspend payouts.

When I tried to communicate with them through email or live chat, I received no response. I have been emailing them ever since and have not received a reply for over a month. I also tried to speak to them through live chat and got the same reply every time ("email for more information sir").

I have seen Playbetr reply to many threads on forums, claiming to be transparent and fair, but this was not my experience. They closed my account without explanation, and even offered to return my deposit, which I didn't care about. I have seen similar complaints from other players who have been scammed by Playbetr.

The email I received listed various fraudulent actions, such as syndicate play, collusion with other players, match fixing, late betting, and other types of cheating, among others. However, they did not explain how I had violated any of these rules or provide any evidence. I had only placed bets on NBA games, which is one of the biggest markets in the world, and it would be impossible to cheat on these markets. The NBA is the #1 league of a top 3 sport in the world and has huge limits on every known sportsbook.

My total loss from this experience is almost $20,000. I refuse to let this go and will do anything in my power to take it to the next level. I have seen other players contact Curacao courts and lawyers, and I am willing to pay any amount of money or do anything to get this resolved. It's not fair for them to scam innocent players without reason.
