The company I was working for used it with a corporate account alongside with some other (lame) services like asianmonitor etc
I dont mean they snitch you intentionally but that is the aftermath and I dont blame they either cause they try to find alternative sources of income since traditional arbing is dying

PS . speaking of bet365 as far as I know they follow their money mostly and they may watch only pinnacle ,no one else. If you were bet365 would you care if you are surebet with interwetten for exampe?
Since you define the market the rest will follow.no matter if your odds are the correct ones or not. I have seen many ridiculous cases about this topic in the trading room

The reason is just the money. But, from a business perspective, i understand their management. What do you prefer, 300 clients, or 1 paying the same as the other 300? Anyway, i think that soon or later, they will have to choose. First, congrats to the OP for having his account functional once again.
Secondly, it is my understanding that bookmakers no longer need any alert service. This is not the 90s or the 00s when TXodds and sport radar used to do this service. First and fore most, a bookmaker needs a balanced book and they dont really care if their odds are arbs at any given time or not. Thus they only care about money flows, and they do have the tools (radar) to see where the money goes and act preventively. If a large bet is placed in an OPAP shop in Thessaloniki, an alert will be sent to Stoke on Trent, have no doubt about it. And then Stoke can do as it wishes with this alert.
