man, you don't have to thank them because they answered you, they are the ones who have to thank you because you remain faithful to a service that is totally disorganized, they only have useful graphs and often those don't work either.

Their only luck is that they are offering an unique service...not a single decent competitor as far I know. Otherwise they would close tomorrow

this post sounds constructive but to be more convincing you could do something concrete such as introducing the soccer statistical markets (fouls, shots, offsides, etc...) and some sports like you had before (cricket, darts, rugby) above all. And reintroduce the possibility of paying by credit card

Thank you @pkpunter for your feedback. Our IT development team is working on an updated improved platform, with more types of bets available. At the moment we wouldn't be able though to provide you with an ETA for this to be finished as there is a lot of work to be done. They do the minimum to maintain their site, but it has been completely in agony for over a year or two. For the price it is no longer worth it at all.
