I'll do a little update, after my personal check of the 2 matches I understood why the Gornik match was rightly not paid, however for the Korea match the Phoang Steelers - Incheon Utd I can't find an anomaly, my only fault as mentioned is that of having The draw was 0-0 and after about a minute the penalty was awarded. after the penalty, as mentioned, I cashed out, I asked for detailed information for this match but obviously Betinasia doesn't respond. I think it's a kind of tactic in purposely lengthening the time. I know it seems like a risky word but I noticed this. To date I have nothing to say about the Gornik Zabrze - Radomiak Radom match, which is different for the Phoang Steelers - Incheon Utd match.I have been a customer of theirs for a few years and I have never noticed any problems, these anomalies have appeared since I have been trading live.communication with them has drastically changed only recently I have started to record my anomalies with them, the past ones obviously I cannot prove.today and it was my turn, one day it will probably be the turn of someone else who knows with higher figures......to date I think Betinasia is unfair both in the case of Korea and unfair in communication when one believes one has suffered an injustice

I've been asking Betinasia for days about the unpaid Pohang Steelers v Incheon Utd match on Sharp Exchange and haven't found any anomalies in the match. I still don't understand why it hasn't been paid. the darkest thing is the total lack of communication on this match, but if I ask for any information for other topics I receive a response quickly but for my unpaid bet there is no information and no response. this is a very shady look. I still don't understand why my bet wasn't paid and why it's even a loser if the match ended 1-0. I know that these shady cases mostly happen to those who trade live....it would seem to discourage those who trade live

it is possible that you placed the bet in the time between the handball in the penalty area and the VAR decision for penalty, because there is a new rule in place that betfair will void all bets placed during this period of time..so lay the draw is void, and back draw is lost..it's the only possible explanation I can find

Honestly, I had entered the fixed market for a certain number of minutes, so I cashed in, I know that the odds were only available, when my notification site notified me of the goal, obviously I cashed in, however in the matches that I followed or follow the live matches odds freeze instantly when the VAR is consulted so I find it unlikely that I banked during the VAR consultation at most I banked a few seconds before the event that activated the VAR luckily for me (which now turns out to be unlucky). As I said, I bet on the available odds so I'm sure the VAR wasn't active. In short, was my only fault that I entered the market about 10-30 seconds into an event in my favor? . I don't want money given away or ethically wrong, possibly only my money won honestly. At the moment I'm following 2 live games and it's practically impossible to place bad faith plays in a game under those circumstances. at most you can have the misfortune of placing a bet and shortly afterwards an event can happen in your favor which is completely different.....

I don't want to use strong words but it would seem that the protection of the player is not put first when looking at other cases. this is an aspect that should not be underestimated, communication is practically cut off if you want to delve deeper into the issue, fortunately the amount is not large in terms of money given that some similar cases with larger amounts had happened in the past, my bets with them have now also changed with Sharop Exchange.

Betinasia don’t void bets man…as you can see… orbit or sharp is powered by betfair….the bets and markets is betfair management, so if there is a var and you bet in that particular minute or minutes, if var decides to void the goal, betfair will void all bets, its happened to me and to all bettors who tried to close trades on losses or profits… betinasia has no fault on this.

Hi everyone,
I have been with BIA since 2021 and made over 25 ETH withdrawals and generally received my crypto funds within 24 hours.
This time it’s been over 2 days and I still haven’t got it. I have contacted their customer services numerous time and all they said is they are checking with their relevant department as it’s a routine and standard compliance check but they can’t give me a time frame on when it will be resolved. In the meantime, I tried to cancel my withdrawal to bet and they said it can’t be cancelled, so I am basically stuck in limbo and anxiously waiting to find what’s next.
Has anyone had similar experience with BIA in the past as I am really stressed knowing I have done nothing wrong.
