There is no exchange accepting Greeks. You need to get a Betfair white label like Orbit, SharpExchange or Piwi247 from a broker. These would do the job perfectly or even better than Betfair. Search the forum.

I am newbie so please help me here: If I use a broker would I have to pay commission both to the broker and the exchange then?
When you say broker you mean something like BetInAsia?

Bro... you are completely a newbie. You only pay once the commission. Brokers have smaller commission (2.5-3%) than Betfair (5+%).
And yes, BetInAsia, AsianConnect would do for you. Search the forum, all answers are here.

At this point in time I would go for AsianConnect not because of the lower fees, but because of the instability of the SharpExchange and because of this: my-orbit-account-shows-bets-that-i-have ... ved-t9707/
