PROBLEM WITH TRANSACTIONS AND WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM AN ATM
Hello. Has anyone ever had a problem similar to mine? I have money in my Skrill account, but I can't make any transactions in local or online stores, or withdraw money from ATMs using my Skrill card. I should add that the card is active and still has a current expiry date. I've been trying to contact the customer service department for four days, but they haven't responded. What could my problem be?

Did You try adding to Google Pay and then try to withdraw / pay?
When You know how it works then You should know how to break it.

It could be a million reasons resulting in a locked card. Is your account up to date and accessible?
