From experience, it depends the amount of the withdrawal, 500€ usually receives in minutes, but 5000 or something like that one time it took 4h.
Asianconnect the other side it takes 1 day for that kind of amounts.
So waiting one day is normal in some brokers, 2 days or more is rare

I haven’t given up hope as I haven’t heard anything beside they said it’s subject to random checks and is standard and they are waiting for another department to clear it. I did some research and apparently BIA uses Trustly or a third party provider so I think it’s most likely they are wait the third party company to clear it l.

Fingers crossed, it will be processed because without knowing any reasons why it is pending after 2 days now is really worrying.

I will provide an update once I find out what is going on for everyone to know next time but hopefully the update is it’s been processed in my next post..

After 2.5 days of waiting, I got my withdrawal. There were no issues after all with my withdrawal, it's just standard and routine compliance checks carried out by BIA's 3rd party payment processing team. So I would say whilst instant withdrawal can happen, don't assume just because it is delayed you are going to get rugged.

Once again, BetinAsia has shown it is by far the best in the industry and the only broker I use and recommend.

One very minor constructive feedback I would like to suggest from a communication standpoint is if a withdrawal has been subject a standard and routine compliance check by a third party, it would be great if BetinAsia can provide a general time frame on the next step in the withdrawal process (for example maximum of X number of working days but could be less) so that at least as customers we know what is the process instead of saying we don’t have a time frame. As you appreciate having some level of certainty really does help.

Do all users have the same number of bookies available? Namely, in most matches I mostly only have pinn, and sometimes BF, also sing, problematic due to some refunds. Also why does it happen to me that initially there are odds and when I click on them there is not a single bookie available and I have them all selected. Thank you

yeah it is the same for everyone, mostly you will see Pinnacle and sometimes Betfair odds, others offer very few markets and lines and mostly top leagues. As for not a single bookie available when you click on odds - it is a glitch which also happens to all users... it seems that it is hard to build a stable software which provides always updated odds from multiple bookies, all betting broker platforms have this issue

I don't want to be misunderstood because my experience with betinasia is absolutely positive, but what's the point if I have my own betfair and pinnacle account? Generally, I opened an account because there were stories about allowing huge stakes on low level events, IBC bet (maxbet?) were presented as the best, in the end it all comes down to BF and pinn. Also, I don't see some matches that bf and pinn have. Also some fame about Asian bookmakers as the most relevant for football is also not clear to me. Example ATM 18bet have ethiopian women league on live, I have on the list 18bet (they have a live match) but theres no match in offer. I repeat again, as a broker only positive experiences and for someone who doesn't have pinn and BF an absolute recommendation.
