Finding it very difficult to create a bet365 account
Lately, I've been having serious trouble creating a bet365 account. While creating the account as soon as I input my name, email, DOB, and other details instantly I get an LL10 error code. Out of frustration I sent an email requesting why my account was blocked even when I'm yet to complete the sign up process. But all I got was vague response, what caught my attention on their response was "One account per customer" So I'm wondering how do they know I was multi accounting. New device, new internet connection, bet365 have never been used on this device or internet connection. What could be wrong?

I have been wondering when you will all get the memo that multi-accounting is dead. It does not worth the effort, even if you possessed proper knowledge and expertise.

They think most of the new customers are abusers and most of the time, even if you are a legit player, your acc will be closed.

It was about time. Or maybe, that time was years ago?

I had the fortune to have been called at bookies offices 2 times last year, before complete my KYC procedure, and finish the withdraws. Yes it is their T and C, I had agreed on registration, so nothing I could have done about it if I wanted my money. My account, nothing unusual, no arbs at all - the value leaked through different channels - bonus accas, EP offers, FB, other benefits,. Three full months with over 60K EUR turnover, great value, but sometimes it happens 3 in a row with 5 odd and boom - restrictions.
So, back at the bookies - I have never lied to them, told them that I am a sharp player and I like them a lot. Talked about the promotions/value they provide etc, you know sometimes even they don't know how to calculate some offers. And when you are open and fair, people reciprocate. They told me straight out - out of 100 people called for a visit only 5-6 ever show up. And yes, the size of the problem with multiaccountg is huge (which I experience everyday with my own eyes)
Everything starts with the AREA/Location/address of the new account. There are Regions which are Red flags, by default. My county is flagged, I was told. Also the usage of the VPN was a red flag for me, which I didn't even try to hide at all - there is no "no VPN policy" here, but it has to be local IP/VPN.
So a single algorithm of area+gender+age+email address could have predict with over 90% accuracy if the account is an abuser or not.
It never stopped amusing me when someone takes 50 EUR deposit bonus + 10 arbs with 10 EUR each and they call it a win. And on top of that there are other opportunities with less effort earning 10X the amount with even less troubles..... but people are people and will always do what they have always done.

And they will be right 99.9% of the time.

Last years, this situation is normal in 365, they behave like butchers but ok less competition.

Re: Finding it very difficult to create a bet365 account
Believe me, I'm trying to; I just haven't found my way around it yet. Although I ventured into the start betting space last year, I'm yet to find a solid footing around the sharps and exchanges. Multi account is not truly worth it. After priming an account for over 3 weeks, losing about $120, lol, and behold, the account was restricted just after placing 36 value bets.
