No because that is like freemoney, it doesn't exist.
But in theory you could arb by taking some risk. You back one side then lay it again for profit when the odds move. This is in essence an arb. Trading the spread, etc. Which is also essentially arbing. It's just not super easy because the spreads are lower on exchanges then what softbookies charge, markets are quite death, then if you get filled it was because the odds moved and it was not value anymore. There is longetivity to trading but it's just not super easy to do correct, you need some knowledge. I think the profitable way to do it is with fundamental analysis combined with trading.
