Reading your stuff and considering your attitude Im almost sure you've done something you shouldnt have done. Anyone who would be interested of clearing himself would provide such bets straight away, not even waiting for anyone to ask for it.

Seriously? Let me explain you then: lets say odds for Over 2.5 are 2.0 and you placed/and got matched loads of money at 10. Did you place such bets? As you claim you place hundreds of bets every week, you must be well aware of situations when you place bets not even close to real odds at the time of placing your bet.

Once again, the 3rd D of the DDD tactic is for ''Don't Inform''. And for sure no-one wants to educate further fund-passers for obvious reasons. Not saying the OP is one, but the info here fits very well to the description. Under this prism, don't expect anyone to publicly parade weapons.
If corresponding bets are in place and presented by the OP, they could change the situation dramatically, (with some asterisks). These are nuclear weapons. But if no corresponding bets are there, then I don't see how someone could defend him/herself. Betting in an exchange for 3-4 years is an adequate time period to identify value, arbitrage and bad will action. We have seen dormant accounts waking up after years of sleep, and we have seen sudden changes of character in accounts. So yesterday's behaviour is a thing to claim indeed, but it is not a nuclear weapon. In addition, even though business are done with AsianConnect, it is not AsianConnect that decides and scrutinises the case.
Again, I have to repeat it and I know people will think negatively of it... over the years, I have seen 100s of similar cases, the decisions are usually correct, and they (all of them) are open to discuss things once solid data and info is presented. And again, I know you will hate me for this, get your 2FA activated, record your actions and keep the minimum amount of funds needed. You never know when it is needed, unless you feel experienced enough to decide on the spot what is a go and a no-go action.
From arbusers side, we did anything within our power. We nudged AsianConnect several times, even beyond normal frames, we asked for the re-opening of the case and we achieved a scrutiny of the highest possible level. We provided guidance to the OP, and we provided the space according to our T&Cs to publicly present the case. We are not an authority that decides, but for sure we helped in any possible and positive way within our means. In the end, we paid a price of various types.

As a consequence you have to prove that the 12 bets mentioned were legit, that part is not on their side as they executed according to ToS.
And as Arbusers mentioned, if you would be able to prove that those bets were placed on fair lines, I am sure they will reevaluate the Situation.
So I am asking you again - provide us with the 12 bets including the Price and time they were matched.

Yes bad actors are bad for regulars. It is called Tragedy of Commons. Someone abuses bonus offers - less bonuses for us as well. List goes on and on, no need to educate further. Infact that is the only thing most of us can do - to know when to shut up our mouths.
